Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto)). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Large terrace. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Comptat de Sant Jordi 2 km from Calonge: Apartment block "Byblos". In a quiet, sunny position, 120 m from the sea, 120 m from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bar 200 m, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach "Playa" 150 m. Sports harbour 7 km, golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Nearby attractions: Parque Acuatico Aquadiver 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description St Antoni de Calonge

510 m a.s.l. >>Famous resort with 1'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 40 km south-east from Girona, 110 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Bay is shared with neighbouring Palamos and its coves, joined by the Paseo de Ronda (interesting and pretty), arriving at Platja D'Aro. Promenade is ideal for bicycles and skating, there are all services offering: rental of jetskis, windsurfers etc.

Summer

Sandy beach, 2 km long. Bathing bay. Sailing, surfing, water skiing. Golf course 18 hole in Sta. Cristina d'Aro.

Bel appartement avec belle terrasse et vue mer, bien situé près de belles criques. L'inconvénient : le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de place de parking privée donc compliqué par moment (on le savait à la réservation). Par contre manque de propreté à notre arrivée notamment plaids sales sur les canapés (que j'ai dû laver !).

Goedemorgen Verblijf was goed, erg jammer dat het zonnescherm kapot was, kregen een parasol maar met de zon was het te weinig schaduw, het was erg heet, de zon scheen continue op de ramen

La situation et l'environnement du logement sont biens. L'intérieur est moderne et bien agencé. Cependant, manque de VMC dans la salle de bain, manque d'entretien général (éléments rouillés, évacuations bouchées) et manque évident de nettoyage avant notre arrivée.

Appartement lumineux, spacieux, avec une terrasse agréable et bien équipé. Bien situé, à côté des places (beaucoup de marches). Très bon service avec interhome. Un peu excentré du centre-ville de platja d'aro avec des enfants en bas âge mais on le sait à l'avance, donc pas de surprise. Cela reste faisable à pied. Recommandé.

Decorado con buen gusto y con lo necesario para pasar unos días. El problema es que encontramos hormigas y cucarachas. Por suerte desde la agencia lo solucionaron de forma rápida.

Appartement situé dans une copropriété avec piscine et des espaces verts bien entretenu. L'appartement est bien agencé, bien équipé, avec jolie petite terrasse, proche de la mer. MAIS l'environnement est bruyant car situé juste au-dessus d'une route très passante(difficile de profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse) La présence des cafards, d' odeurs d'égout nous ont incommodé pendant tout le séjour. Nous n'avons pas aimé les protèges matelas ou les coussins des chaises extérieures pas clean

Aménagement moderne (comme sur les photos) avec grand séjour, cuisine bien équipée (plaques à induction, machine à café, vaisselle en suffisance, etc.). Climatisation -efficace- réglable individuellement dans chaque pièce. Terrasse agréable. Belles plages/criques à proximité immédiate (attention toutefois: nombreuses marches à descendre pour y excéder). Proches de toutes les commodités ( 1-2km). Par ailleurs, l'agence (Interhome) avait pris toutes les précautions sanitaires en cette période de Covid.

Appartement très agréable, grand, lumineux. Route en contre-bas assez passante, mais cela ne gêne aucunement le repos dans le jardin ou la piscine. Magnifiques criques accessibles à pied depuis l'appartement. Tous les commerces à proximité (5 minutes de voiture). Situation idéale !
