5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

l'appartement était à notre arrivée démuni des produits de premières nécessités. la cafetière fonctionne avec des cartouches couteuses, la télévision française fonctionne très mal , malgré l'intervention du technicien . très mal isolé .pas d'accès dans la cour pour le véhicule. immeuble sans soleil!!!!! Il manque un aspirateur et un fer à repasser.

Der gesamt Eindruck der Ferienwohnung ist ok, und man hat alles was man braucht. Leider nicht so sauber wie erhofft und der Strand ist doch ein wenig zu weit weg. Für Singels weiter zu empfehlen aber nicht für Familien mit Kleinkindern. Aussicht ist leider ein Kreisverkehr der sehr belebt ist. Sonst hat alles tadellos geklappt.

Nous y avons passé de bonnes vacances. L appartement est bien pour 4 personnes. Par contre impossible d avoir une connection Internet même avec les cartes WiFi offertes par l agence. La douche est également étroite. Les matelas étaient biens et le lave vaisselle pratique même si tout petit. Aucun problème pour se garer dans la rue lors de notre séjour.

Avantages: proche du centre et de la plage. Climatisation dans l’appartement, parking à proximité gratuit, wifi compris dans le prix, personnel de l’agence disponible. Commerce à proximité. Inconvénients: logement trop juste pour une famille avec 3 enfants. Trop de bruit a l’extérieur le soir, literie pas confortable, wifi qui fonctionne mal de temps en temps, salle de bain trop petite.

Évacuation du lave linge dans la douche, Mini plaque de cuisson deux feu, pour 6 personnes ne pas compter faire la cuisine, une seule armoire dans une chambre les deux autres chambres ne possèdent pas de rangement, literie et coussins inconfortable, le salon n'est pas adapté pour six personnes et la terrasse non plus trop étroit pour manger a six Bruyant mal insonorisées
