Shop, grocery 800 m, supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bar 500 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Santa Margarita" 100 m, swimming bay 5 km. Sports harbour 4 km, golf course (18 hole) 16 km, minigolf 1 km. 5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Location dans l’ensemble correcte malgré un manque d’équipement ( pas de ventilateur, aspirateur, lave vaisselle…) Les lits sont conforatables, mais il fait très chaud dans les chambres et il manque des ventilateurs. Aussi, la place de parking est pratiquement inexploitable. Quand l’immeuble est complet ce n’est pas possible de se garer,

L’appartement est bien situé, propre et proche de la plage. Cuisine fonctionnelle mais manque des ustensiles de cuisine (éplucheur, essoreuse salade, planche à découper et cuillère en bois). La place de parking est petite. Nous avons eu un problème avec le frigo car la porte du frizzer était cassée et les aliments du dessus congelaient. Malgré notre demande à l’agence locale de Roses, rien n’a été fait pour changer le frigo.

Tolle Wohnung, sauber, gemütlich, mit Balkon und es ist wirklich alles da was man benötigt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und ein Parkplatz. Zum Strand sind es auch nur ca. 100m. Sehr gerne wieder!

Todo el apartamento olía fatal, las sábanas, cortinas, el sofá estaba sucio. no conseguimos quitar esa mala olor. cafetera rota, sin trapos, el mando del parking fallaba muchísimo. No se lo recomiendo a nadie

Très bien situé, assez propre, et spacieux. Place de parking sur l'annonce mais impossible d'y garé une voiture, espace beaucoup trop petit (et je n'ai pas une grosse voiture: Ford Ecosport) Machine à laver 1er prix, avec une poignée de porte plus que capricieuse et très très fragile. Intervention de Interhome, à l'écoute, très rapide (mais sans succès). TV française, bonne surprise contrairement à ce qui était dit.

Le logement est dans son jus.. Mais passable pour une semaine de vacances Nous avons laver notre vaisselle pour le séjour car pas propre et à part la forte odeur de javel en arrivant les placard sentent le renfermé Situé très proche de la mer et proche restaurants et supérette Point négatif, la place de parking est très petite. A la rigeur pour une petite voiture mais sinon très compliqué. Les murs sont très fins et les voisins très actifs aussi bien le jour que la nuit
