Grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant, bar, café 200 m, bus stop "Moventis estació bus" 750 m, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 21 km, sandy beach "Roses" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km, swimming bay 3 km. 5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Le logement était propre et fonctionnel, bonne literie mais un peu vieillissant pas de micro-ondes, la piscine était mal entretenue (carrelage cassé dans le fond très dangereux), pas de transat dans le logement et ceux de la piscine sont en très mauvais état Pas de bip pour la place de parking et portail en panne tout le séjour

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. L'entretien de la piscine ainsi que des transats est à la charge de la copropriété et nous avons fait remonter votre signalement aux personnes concernées. Notre description ne mentionne ni micro-ondes ni transats dans le logement car ces équipements ne sont effectivement pas inclus dans la prestation. Nous avons remplacé les piles de la télécommande du portail qui fonctionne désormais correctement, nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée. Nous serions ravis de vous accueillir à nouveau dans l’un de nos logements et nous espérons que nous aurons cette chance.

War wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft, sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlt die Klimaanlage und man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, um an den Strand oder zum einkaufen zu kommen!

Die Lage ist traumhaft! Großes Manko ist, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. War Ende August/Anfang September schon grenzwertig. Im Hochsommer würde ich da nicht sein wollen, denn die Wohnung heizt sich extrem auf!

Bel appartement bien agencé avec l espace jour nuit une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la baie .une belle piscine avec vue sur la mer et un tennis qui nous a permis de courrir un peu . Il manquerait un micro onde et une petite climatisation pour le salon . Voiture nécessaire pour aller au centre car les 500 m de montée sont wouah!!! Mais tout ça pour une vie Bref très bel endroit je recommande

Appartement très chaud, manque de climatisation. A notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement (seau d'eau non vidé avec la serpillère qui trempait dedans, poussière sur les meubles, vaisselle sale, fleurs fanées dans un vase avec de l'eau stagnante, évier et douche partiellement bouchés) A noter que la présence d'un micro-ondes et d'un store store la terrasse ne seraient pas superflus. A part cela, appartement agréable avec une superbe vue sur la baie.
