5 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, idyllic fishing village and summer holiday resort with 11'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position with beautiful view, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 60 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment, cinema, attractions. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 15 km. Situated north of the beautiful Gulf of Roses, Roses has a wide promenade lined by palm trees. You can take a swim on various beautiful sand beaches in the coves of Canyelles, Almadraba, Montjoi and Joncols. Next to them is the water park "Aqua Brava" with the biggest swimming pool in Europe with wave machine and the natural park "Aiguamolls" with a wide variety of bird species. In Empuriabrava (6 km) there are all types of facilities for water sports, one of the most important parachuting centers in Europe with its new wind tunnel, horse riding centers and tennis. There are two internationally renowned golf courses, the Golf Club Peralada 10 km and Torremirona Resort Golf Club 25 km and a "Pitch and Putt" 8 km. There is a possibility of cultural visits to some important sites such as the Dalí Museum in Figueres and the Greek and Roman ruins of Empuries.

Bac à douche à remplacer avec une porte. Quelques carreaux de carrelage cassés dans la cuisine. Porte fenêtre qui se verrouille difficilement. L'ensemble reste néanmoins très satisfaisant.

Appartement bien situé. Les seuls défauts qui sont à revoir sont le bac à douche qui est en mauvais état ainsi que la carrelage dans la pièce principale, la paume de douche qui est fatiguée, lai baie vitrée qui ne se verrouille pas. En bref des travaux à prévoir en vue de satisfaire les clients à 99 pour cent. L'avantage de cet appartement est son emplacement et ses prestations tout autour de la résidence.

En la descripción deberían añadir que el apartamento no tiene lavadora, por ejemplo. Y sería un detalle dejar aunque sea un rollo de papel higiénico para cuando llega el inquilino, por no hablar de algún estropajo, ya que es un alquiler vacacional, no se larga duración como para llevarse la casa a cuestas.
