Un appartement de trois chambres et deux salles de bain, avec une vue superbe sur la méditerranée. L'appartement est fonctionnel bien qu'un peu vieillissant. Pour les défauts : Matelas et oreillers pas tres confortables, pas de four, les murs sont un peu fins et on entend assez les autres vacanciers. Sinon emplacement idéal (à 10 min a pieds de la plage del Raco), un petit supermarché a 2 minutes a pieds. Parking privé un peu petit, sinon devant la residence. Les proprietaires sont adorables.
