Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 135 cm). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine). Hip bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace 17 m2, small terrace 3 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Sports harbour 300 m, golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Nearby attractions: Diversas actividades náuticas, Casino Peralada 17 km, Cadaqués 20 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 20 km, Aquabrava (Aquapark) Roses 18 km. Hiking paths: Parc natural del Cap de Creus, Serra de Rodes, Parc natural de l'Albera. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Zeer kleine keuken,rommelig achterbalkon,vol met oude rommel.geen droogrek voor de was,ontbreken pendaal emmer.gehorige slaapkamer,de hele nacht om het kwartier afzuiger van het ondergelegen keuken van het restaurant (veel herrie was bij de verhuurder bekend)mooi balkon met mooi uitzicht,met ligbedden zonder kussens.geen WiFi heel slecht voor deze tijd.
