Urbanizacion de Grifeu: 2-family house "Rosa Maria". 1.7 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 450 m from the sea. Supermarket, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 2.9 km, railway station "Llançà" 2.5 km, sandy beach 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km, minigolf 3.5 km.

Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Manque de luminosité et de vaisselle. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain. Pas de climatisation. Pas de rangement pour vetements. Accès à l'extérieur par direct par rapport à l'appartement. Une seule chaise longue, pas d'ombrage, un mobilier extérieur vraiment basique....le prix n'est pas à la hauteur de la prestation.

Bel endroit, joli jardin mais trop de chats envahissants. Coin douche trop etroit et pas d eau chaude... La clim serait un plus... Vaisselle à améliorer
