Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

El apartamento se encuentra situado en buena zona, a 1km del pueblo y con playas alrededor. Es amplio, con todo lo necesario, piscina, y buen restaurante. El unico inconveniente ha sido el calor a la hora de dormir, ya que no disponia de aire acondicionado.

Apartament dins d`una urbanització amb piscina i aparcament gratuït. Amb restaurant sota per si no vols cuinar. A tocar del camí de ronda per fer un passeig. Des del balco pots veure una mica el mar. Complert amb estris una mica vells o molt utilitzats. Disposa de assecador de cabell, rentadora, microones... El matalàs del llit de 135 i el sofà llit olt justets. Si fa calor no disposa d`aire. La taula del menjador rodona i petita. Per anar a la platja has d`agafar el cotxe.

Para la entrega de llaves espera de 1hora y 10min. Apto. 1r piso, encima del restaurante y se oye todo! Agosto y el propietario no dejó ni un ventilador, Interhome nos cobró 15€. Colchón muy incómodo, resto bien.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l’appart est très propre, belle vue, à proximité de la plage. petit point d’amélioration : c’est d’avoir un garage fermé pour les vélos de route. Nous le recommandons.

-falta ventilación de algún tipo. - falta toldo en las terrazas ya que al ser orientación norte tienes toda la tarde sol,lo que deja el apartamento con demasiado calor. -con el restaurante justo debajo entran olores y ruidos. - señal wifi demasiado floja -la ventana de la habitación da a un pasillo/zona de paso de acceso de inquilinos a sus apartamentos, 0 privacidad. Algo bueno es que hay parking.

El apartamento estaba bien, lo único malo es que el agua caliente apenas dura 5 minutos, menos mal que era verano... Por otro lado, he cogido ese apartamento para ir con niños porque tenía piscina y lo ponían como ideal. La piscina está delante del restaurante y la gente de ahí está muy amargada. Todo el tiempo estaban riñendo a los niños. En cuanto hablaban alto o reían (normal en una piscina), venían a reñirlos. Estaban pendientes de todo lo que hacían y para quejarse. No está a 200 metros de ninguna playa como se anunciaba. El sofá cama parece una máquina torturadora. Sacando eso, muy bien, limpio, con detalles como dejar jabón, aceite, etc que se aprecia.
