Open kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the swimming pool and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Parking (roofed). Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Appartement agréable, propre et lumineux, bien situé à proximité du chemin côtier pour des ballades divines en surplombant la mer. Terrasse appréciable avec vue sur mer et montagne. Environnement calme ( restaurant en rez de chaussée fermé). Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour dans une région magnifique.

Vu que nous étions seul dans la résidence, nous avons eu du mal à trouver la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble. Il n'y a qu'une toute petite étiquette sur la porte indiquant "Interhome".

Lugar muy agradable y tranquilo,instalaciones bien cuidadas y sin problemas de aparcamiento. El recinto tiene el único restaurante de la zona, lo que nos havenido muy bien. Habia wifi para los residentes pero solo nos dieron 2 codigos pero éramos 4. Tenemos intención de repetir.
