Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Logement très bien équipé, intérieur agréable, climatisé, belle salle de bain, cuisine pratique, grande terrasse. A certaines heures de la journée, il y a beaucoup de bruit dû à la circulation ( la route côtière est en contre-bas), il n'y a pas de place de parking attitré au logement donc des difficultés pour se garer, parfois très loin du logement.

La location est bien placée, mais au-dessus d'une route en première position,route Llansa/Port de la Selva très fréquentée nuit et jour.Impossible de prendre le repas sur la terrasse. La literie est mauvaise: matelas extra mince,usé,sale et taché. La vaisselle est dépareillée et vieillotte. Nous sommes très déçus d'avoir choisi ce logement ; comment Interhome peut-i le proposer à la location! Pas le même service que dans une résidence de tourisme où la maintenance et le confort sont assurés.

La limpieza era escasa, cojines sucios, suelo sin barrer ni fregar, cristales sucios... Los colchones de la cama i del sofa-camà se tendrian que cambiar, estan muy viejos y no te permite descansar bien... Se oye mucho el ruido de la carretera principal y de la carretera de la entrada al apartamento, también se oye mucho a los vecinos, ruidos de las sillas, como hablan, reirse... y esto no te permite descansar bien. Nos lo pensaremos de volver a alquilar este apartamento para proximas veces.
