WC. Boiler (100 litres). Terrace 12 m2. Terrace furniture. Marvellous view of the sea, the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Asunto on juuri sopiva lyhytaikaiseen vierailuun esim. pariskunnalla, tosin keittiö on todella pieni. Kaikki toimi, paitsi terassin liukuovi oli raskas ja huonosti liukuva.Tyynyt voisi uusia, ei muutoin moittimista. Nettiyhteyttä ei ole.

Die Aussicht ist grandios. Der Auf- und Abstieg zum Strand ist enorm steil. Die Wohnung war geschmackvoll eingerichtet; die Kissen sind sehr unbequem, da sehr flach. Leider kein W-LAN vorhanden. Töpfe und Pfannen sehr ausreichend, geschirrmäßig könnte es etwas einfallsreicher und mehr sein.

Eine schöne kleine Unterkunft etwas höher gelegen mit wunderbarer Aussicht, und herrlichem Lüftchen vom Meer. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein, durch die großen bodentiefen Schiebefenster kann man sich selbst aussuchen wie luftig es sein soll. Das Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend groß mit großzügigem Kleiderschrank, die Dusche ist super, Küche ist mini, aber ausreichend und mit einem zusätzlichen Balkon ausgestattet auf dem auch die Waschmaschine steht. Kleine Toilette, alle Räume mit Fenstern. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug, wurde von uns aber kaum genutzt weil es auf der Terrasse einfach zu schön ist. Tagsüber kann es etwas laut sein weil unterhalb eine Straße durchführt die bei Motorradfahrern sehr beliebt ist, aber wer sitzt schon den ganzen Tag zuhause wenn das Meer mit verschiedenen kleinen Stränden einen Steinwurf entfernt ist. Abends kehrt dann Ruhe ein und man kann den Blick aufs Meer bei einem leckeren gekühlten Getränk aus einer der zahlreichen Cooperativas genießen. Unsere bevorzugte war die in Pau. Bei so viel positivem gibt es natürlich auch etwas an Verbesserungen die gut wären, aber das liegt in der Hand des Eigentümers. Es wäre wohl an der Zeit sämtliches Geschirr, Töpfe und Pfannen zu erneuern, nicht jeder Gast geht so pfleglich wie wir damit um, und das sieht man auch. Noch etwas positives, danke das Hunde willkommen sind, unser Pacco hat es genossen auf der Terrasse zu liegen.

La macine a laver ne marchait pas et n'a pas été réparée La télévision était souvent " sans signal " Le ventilateur ne marchait pas mais a été remplacé . Les routes devant et derrière la maison sont bruyantes. Vue sur mer magnifique

Prachtig uitzicht, maar niet te doen in maart... Verwarmd middels een mobiele gaskachel, tv werkte niet, wasmachine werkte niet. Gemeld bij interhome te llanca. Werd er gemeld dat we de website maar beter hadden moeten lezen. We zijn uiteindelijk vervroegd weggegaan zonder restitutie, jammer!

El apartamento tiene unas vistas excepcionales. Pero la limpieza era justa... y en tiempos de covid ha de estar todo impecable.Las almohadas no son adecuadas para nada y La TV no funcionaba correctamente porque no sintonizaba los canales. Por lo demás las vitas son excepcionales y el apartamento es muy tranquilo. Los detalles decorativos muy bonitos y estaba bien surtida.

Buenas vistas y ubicación. Buena limpieza. Utensilios adecuados. Me faltó cafetera tipo italiana. No hay aire acondicionado, se suple bien con aire fresco que corre al abrir las ventanas (por la noche). De día hace calor. Cama perfecta. Sofá cama incómodo para dos.
