House/Residence

Sector Fané de Baix: 2-family house "Cap de Vol". 3 km from the centre of Llançà, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the sea. Bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Shopping centre 3 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 3.1 km, pebble beach 1 km, swimming bay 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km.

Location Description Llançà

Small fishing village, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 24 km north-east from Figueras, 65 km north from Girona, 160 km north-east from Barcelona. In the resort: shops, restaurant, bar, disco, attractions. First mentioned in the 10th century, many cultures have left their mark on the villa and its surrounding area, reflected in the impressive roman monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes. Today, Llanca has kept its fishing harbour with its daily fish market. Important info regarding tourist tax: this is charged per person/per day, with a maximum of 7 days stay and children under 16 yrs free of charge.

Bien : la localisation, la grande terrasse couverte face à la mer, le chauffage d'appoint à disposition, la communication avec le personnel de Interhome Moins bien ; Appartement vieillot, pas très propre (traces sur le dessus de lit, traces sur le jeté de canapé, traces sur les murs, poil et cheveux dans la salle de bain), installation électrique ancienne, ampoule électrique grillée non remplacée, canapé inconfortable, absence de chaises longues sur la terrasse, chemin d'accès impraticable.

L' apartament està molt ben situat al costat de la costa rocosa del cap de creus i al costat del camí de ronda en un lloc molt tranquil.

Beautiful location with great views of the sea and the forest from the balcony. Downside was the decor and contents were mostly old and grubby and the divan bed was not fit for purpose. It was not clean and had previously bene used by a dog judging by the strong smell. I would strongly urge the owners to consign it to the rubbish tip. Due to that fact we had to use our camping ground sheet to cover the bed to avoid the strongest smells and never slept well for the 2 weeks we were there

Mooie omgeving in het natuurgebied. Maar het appartement kan wel een update gebruiken. Oud servies bv bekers zonder oren borden met scheuren. Een waterkoker is ook geen overbodige luxe. De pannen daar zijn de Tefal lagen uit. Klein 2 persoons bed. In de huiskamer staat een verouderde bedbank waar je niet op wil slapen. De toegangsweg is onverhard daar door ontoegankelijk. Alleen met een SUV kom je er overheen.

A fuir immédiatement ! Chemin d’accès soit disant difficile, non inaccessible en voiture (nous avons frotté nos 2 voitures) accessible uniquement en 4x4 Propreté à revoir (canapé plein de miette, plafond plein d’insectes...) Les meubles et équipements... une catastrophe (très anciens) le canapé lit du jamais vu, il serait temps de le changer ! Très peu de débit d’eau, pas pratique pour la douche! Bref si vous voulez être déçu allez y ! Il serait temps d’améliorer et de changer les équipes. Ceci est vraiment pour faire de l’argent....
