Kitchen (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. No heating option. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 8 m2, garden 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars) at the house. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. TV only ES, FR. Supermarket 1 km, shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Figueres" 15 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 1.5 km. 1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Location conforme au descriptif. Interhome très à l’écoute de nos demandes.

Unterkunft war primitiv und hat ihre guten Zeiten hinter sich. Außer die Küche die war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren auch ganz gut. Aber es gab weder einen richtigen Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise. Das Grundstück sehr ungepflegt. Die Terrassentür könnte man nur verschließen wenn man den Rollladen runter macht. Und keine Moskitonetze.

Les + : Quartier très calme Bonne propreté de la maison Maison plutot bien agencée (sejour , 1 wc, 1 cuisine au RDC, 2 chambres +sdb (+wc inclus) à l'étage) Les - : - Plaque de cuisson à changer (1 plaque électrique + 3 bruleurs gaz dont seulement 1 fonctionne) - Pas de four (seulement 1 four micro onde..qui est trop petit , seulement une assiette peut y entrer) - Réfrigerateur récent mais il manque la clayette la + basse (celle qui sépare avec le bac à légumes) - Canapé qui a (trop) vécu

Quant au canapé, il ne présente aucun défaut d'après notre dernière inspection. Casa acogedora para una familia con mascotas. Al lado del Río donde se puede pasear hasta la playa o hasta el pueblo. Todo estaba muy limpio y la recogida de llaves perfecta. Dispone de barbacoa y cocina con todos los servicios. Un patio para tomar el sol, para que jueguen las mascotas y los niños.

Die Abwicklung mit Interhome, war super, die Unterkunft allerdings nicht. Sehr alte Möbel und Klappbetten. Die Unterkunft sollte mal saniert werden und mit akzeptablen Möbeln ausgestattet werden. Kann dieses Haus NICHT weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus ist schön gelegen, verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist für einen Hund perfekt, komplett eingezäunt. Einziges Manko ist die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage, da es (im Juli) im Haus sehr heiß wird.

Maison paisible, environnement calme. De belles promenades en bateau sans permis au long des canaux d'Empuriabrava, des sorties en vélo sur des pistes cyclables au cœur de la nature etc.... Nous recommandons cette location et cette région.

Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au mois d'octobre, la maison est parfaite avec un chien car nous avons pu ouvrir la porte d'entrée qui est sur l'arrière est fermée la porte vitrée et le portail quand nous voulions partir visiter des sites qui n'acceptés pas les animaux. C'est propre et calme pour la période. Je recommande cette location de maison individuelle.

Très bon accueil d'Interhome. Le sol de la maison n'était pas très propre et le ventilateur à disposition était insuffisant vu la chaleur qu'il faisait. La haie de lauriers déborde sur le passage d'accès à la maison. Télévision indiquée sur le descriptif avec langues ES, FR; hors seules les chaînes en espagnol et catalan étaient disponibles. Literie peu confortable. Seul intérêt, le prix et la situation au calme et proche du centre/plage.

Leider waren die Möbel kaputt/abgenutzt. Das Sofa verdreckt. Fliesen in der Küche lose, was am Ende dazu geführt hatte, dass die Schränke von der Wand kamen! Unser Glück war, dass sich zu diesem Zeitpunkt niemand in der Küche aufgehalten hat! Keine Klimaanlage (wussten wir). Aber man konnte abends nicht mal die Fenster öffnen, um zu lüften (abends war das draußen recht angenehm und im Haus verdammt heiß), da es nirgends Fliegengitter gab und man somit natürlich reichlich Mücken ins Haus geholt hatte/hätte. Wäre vielleicht mal eine Überlegung wert, Fliegengitter anzubringen? Könnte noch mehr schreiben... Alles in einem schlecht. Das Haus hat Potenzial, aber es wird nicht investiert. Ja - wir haben keine Luxusvilla angemietet, jedoch für den Preis sollten die Möbel intakt, /sauber und Sicherheit vorhanden sein! Das Einzige, was wir loben können, war der Service von Interhome. Die kamen sofort und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert, aufgeräumt/gereinigt. 3 Tage später gab es neue Hängeschränke. Ein paar weitere Tage später wurden Fliesen angebracht. Man hat den Bezug vom Sofa entfernt und das Sofa mit decken ausgestattet. Wenn ich Fotos hier hochladen könnte, würde ich dies machen. Tut mir leid, aber da rettet auch die schöne Umgebung nichts. Die Unterkunft macht auch viel aus, da man halt dort halt auch Zeit verbringt! Reinfall/ Katastrophe.
