Private: beautiful garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, 34 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, arbour, terrace, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop, grocery 350 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bakery 350 m, bus stop "Empuriabrava Cruïlla" 2.9 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 16 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 1.6 km. Location Description Empuriabrava

1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Summer

Sandy beach, 2 km long, up to 200 m wide. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire.

Die Lage ist top. Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus und Grundstück. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind im Oktober im Schatten und laden damit nicht mehr zu Sonnen/Bad ein. Es gibt diverse Mängel die es zu beheben gilt. Defekte Regenrinne, weshalb die Holzschiebetüren des Anbaus morsch sind. Bei Regen tropft es ins Wohnzimmer, wenn in einem Zimmer des OG geduscht wird, tropft es ebenso im EG. Das Geschirr reicht nicht für 12 Personen, die Sitzmöglichkeiten ebenso. Die Betten sind teilweise defekt.

Die Betten sind teilweise nicht für Aktivitäten geeignet, da die Beine recht angegriffen sind... Die Poolumrandung ist eher laienhaft montiert, Schrauben stehen heraus und defekt. Es gibt sogar eine Sauna, die nicht funktioniert, ist jedoch auch nicht Teil der Beschreibung. Die Geräte im Fitnessstudio sind auch nicht in Funktion. Die Waschmaschine musste zur Reparatur und stand damit nicht zu unserer Verfügung. Die Küche im OG ist weder mit Geschirr oder Besteck ausgestattet. Das Sonnensegel über der Terrasse oben gibt es nicht mehr. Es gibt kein Starterset für Urlauber, Salz, Zucker usw. gibt es nicht, nur etwas für Geschirrspüler, Mülltüten und Toilettenpapier sind vorhanden. Genug gemeckert, Interhome hat sich allen Problemen gestellt und der Hausmeister war teils bis 19.00 Uhr im Haus. Das Haus sollte im Winter etwas überarbeitet werden, war in unserer Zeit eher günstig, jedoch sehe ich in der Hauptsaison keine 9000€ für 2 Wochen gerechtfertigt. Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in Empuriabrava, waren früher oft dort. Bitte die Kritik nicht falsch verstehen, es ist echt ein tolles Objekt, man muss sich nur den kleinen Fehlern bewusst sein ;-)

Das Haus war von der Aufteilung schön und passend für uns. Allerdings war es nicht wirklich sauber und es gab einige Stolperfallen, gerade für kleine Kinder. Der Grill war so dreckig, dass man ihn nicht nutzen konnte. Daher einige Abzüge in der Bewertung. Die Lage an den Kanälen ist super und man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell mitten im Ort, dass hat uns gut gefallen.

Samsvarer ikke med annonsen. Huset er prakiskt og fint, men preget av dårlig vedlikehold. Annen hver dag hadde vi reparatør innom å utbedret defekter. Endel støy fra småfly som går i lav høyde rett over hustaket. Utedusjen står langt inne hekken. Ellers ett flott område, og ideel basseng plassering!

très mal entretenue, literie pas du tout adapter, drap trop court, couverture sal, rideaux électrique du salon cassés, quand il pleut ça pleut dans le salon, remonter dégout dans les salles de bain, vaisselle pas du tout adapter pour 12 personnes. c'est dommage car c'est une très belle maison, salle de fitness mauvaise odeur

Das Haus war Eigentlich sehr schön. Top Lage und der Pool ist der Hammer. Nur das wir unter gereinigt etwas anderes verstehen. Die Küche, vorallem der Backofen, waren schmutzig. Im Backofen noch Reste von vormietern. Die Zimmer waren nicht gesaugt, wenn überhaubt mit einem Staubwedel durchgeputzt worden ist..... Wir haben die Unterkunft nach 14 Tagen besser gereinigt abgegben als wir sie übernommen haben.

Belle maison avec beaucoup d'espace une salle d'eau avec WC pour chaque chambre très appréciable. Dommage que la vaisselle et les ustensiles cuisine soient insuffisant par rapport à cette location pour 12 personnes. Les tables interieures et extérieures ne sont prévues que pour 8. La salle de sport correspondait plus à un "débarras". Des ampoules auraient dû être changé. Douche extérieure inutilisable, car perdue au milieu de la haie. Équipe très réactive. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Es una pena que la casa no tenga un buen mantenimiento. Es una preciosa casa que con buen mantenimiento podía haber sido perfecta. Cortinas rotas o que no estaban, muchas bombillas fundidas, tv que no funcionan, muchas manchas en paredes de mosquitos aplastados, gimnasio descuidado. Un pena, puesto que la situación y la casa es maravillosa.

Très jolie maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris de l'espace, de la vu du canal avec la belle piscine à débordement. Tout le monde était ravie et la typologie de la maison est vraiment chouette. Le seul point d'ombre c'est au niveau de l'équipement (basique). Penser à tout amener (papier toilette, détergent vaisselle, sopalin, .... sac poubelles, toute les commodités même pour un court séjour).
