1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Das Haus liegt an ruhiger Lage am Kanal uns ist sehr idyllisch. Was uns fehlte war eine Waschmaschine um ab und zu Kleider zu waschen. Da es schon etwas kühl war, mussten wir uns zuerst saubere Bettdecken kaufen.

Wir sind mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden gewesen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Auto steht sicher hinter dem elektrisch verschließbaren Tor. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind mit zwei Hunden dort gewesen und hatten keine Probleme.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Pool und Top Lage! Leider schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und das eine oder andere könnte mal erneuert werden.

Alles zoals op foto. Een aantal zaken zijn wel verouderd en er is niet super veel keuken gerief (schaar, beperkt aantal glazen, klein mesje,…). Airco in elke ruimte top en mooi groot zwembad.

Abbiamo fatto un viaggio di 12 ore,dopo l’arrivo io ho dovuto fare una pulizia profonda di quella casa sporchissima. Arredi camera scadenti. Pavimenti sporchi,armadio pieno di rotoli di polvere, letto con formiche,cucina sporca, aree esterne anch’esse sporchissime. Caro interhome, abbiamo pagato 4300euro per 14 notti, non mica poco, secondo voi devo arrivare e mettermi a pulire tutta la casa di vacanza?? Lavatrice non c’è. La casa non corrisponde al prezzo pagato, sconsigliata.

Goede onderhouden villa. Hier en daar een paar opmerkingen. Geen bestek bij aankomst. Buiten meubilair was stuk maar direct vervangen door interhome dus dat was top. Mooi groot zwembad 8x4. Ik heb 2 kleine opmerkingen. Graag was er een mogelijkheid om een wasmachine te gebruiken. En de tv is wat verouderd en zou wel kunnen vervangen worden door een recente.

Die Finca machte einen guten Eindruck. Die Ausstattung war für 2 Personen ausreichend. Der Pool wurde Dienstags und Freitags überprüft bzw. bei Bedarf gereinigt. Das Auto steht in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich. In dem Zeitraum Mitte/Ende Mai kann man hier einen schönen Erholungsurlaub machen.

Maison d'environ 90m2 parfaitement proportionnée, propre, très bien équipée (2 chambres et 2 WC) et très agréable. Nous y sommes allés au mois de mai à 2 couples. C'est très calme, les commerces et les restos ne sont pas très loins, mais le quartier est suffisament éloigné pour être très calme. La piscine carrelée est très bien (environ 9m par 5m). La maison possède une amarre pour les amateurs de bateau, bref, j'arrête. Que du bonheur. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Très belle découverte

Es ist ein sehr schönes Anwesen, der Pool wird super gepflegt. TV in Deutsch ist begrenzt auf Verkaufssender. Phönix, One und Tagesschau 24. Das Sofa etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nichts was uns daran hindern würde dieses Haus wieder zu mieten.

mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern inklusive Hund sind wir angereist. Alle haben sich wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist so ausgestattet, dass es einem an nichts fehlt. Sofern man wir wir im Herbst anreist, braucht man Bettenbezüge, da nur ein Laken zur Verfügung gestellt wird, welches zu kalt ist, Inlays sind aber vorhanden. Die ein oder andere Schraube an Türklinken o.ä. war locker, was uns nicht weiter gestört hat. W-Lan ist zwar vorhanden aber kaum nutzbar. Schöne Lage und ein kleines feines Haus!

La casa estaba en perfectas condiciones, limpia y con los muebles modernos en buen estado al igual que la parcela, bien situada, muy cerca del centro. Por poner alguna pega, la television solo ofrecia canales extranjeros, básicamente francés y alemán.

Maison très agréable, cadre splendide et reposant mais il manque des équipements importants dans la maison : pas de lave linge, pas de wifi, pas de parasols sur la terrasse et la piscine n est pas chauffée.

Encuentro inadmisible que en la televisión no se pueda ver ni un solo canal en castellano, es el mayor problema que hemos encontrado. Por lo demás, la ubicación de la casa hace que estés relativamente cerca de playa, restaurantes y comercios pero con una tranquilidad absoluta. Es perfecta para dos parejas y sin ser muy grande, el espacio está bien distribuido y es muy práctica. Lo mejor es la piscina y la zona exterior del porche para desayunos y cenas.

Vakantiehuis Bonica heeft de verwachtingen zelfs overtroffen. Het was een gezellige villa met 2 slaapkamers dus genoeg voor ons. Groot zwembad en rustige omgeving. Ongeveer een 15 min wandelen naar het centrum over de bruggen die de kanalen verbinden. Plaats voor 2 auto's binnen de villa en automatisch hek. Overal airco's. 1 nadeel was dat er geen WiFi is.
