Private: swimming pool (6 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi, sun terrace, washing machine. 1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Sandy beach, 2 km long, up to 200 m wide. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire.

Une maison qui pourrait être agréable si un bruit de pompe persistant ne se déclenchait pas à 6:30 du matin juste au-dessus des chambres. Malgré l’information transmise à l’agence, pas de solution trouvée avant notre départ précipité… Ne comptez pas non plus sur le jacuzzi mentionné dans les commentaires, il est HS.

Suite à celui-ci, nos collègues sur place nous indiquent que le jacuzzi n'est pas mentionné dans la description du logement, ce qui signifie que ce dernier n'est pas disponible pour nos locataires. Par ailleurs, nous avons envoyé un technicien résoudre le soucis de bruit dû à la pompe à eau. Nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous acceuillir de nouveau.

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und die Realität liegen weit auseinander. Bei Ankunft waren wir über den schmutzigen Zustand der Wohnung geschockt. Aber nicht nur der Innenbereich, sondern auch der Außenbereich, einschließlich Abstellraum, waren verdreckt. Einzige Ausnahme war der Pool. Die Ausstattung wies ebenfalls viele Mängel auf. Hier einige Beispiele: zwei Stühle im Esszimmer konnten, wegen Rissen auf der Sitzfläche, nicht genutzt werden Die beiden 3-Sitzer im Wohnzimmer waren total zerfleddert (gehören auf den Sperrmüll). Um den Zustand zu verbergen, waren sie mit Bettlaken abgedeckt. Schiebetür im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht verschließen. Konnte problemlos von außen geöffnet werden. Die Matratzen in zwei Schlafzimmern sind durchgelegen. Die Oberbetten hatten keine Bezüge. Sehr unhygienisch, da diese schmutzig waren. Die meisten Fliegengitter sind kaputt Die vier Fahrräder im Abstellraum sind nicht verkehrssicher fehlende Handtuch- und Toilettenpapierhalter Man hat in dem Haus das Gefühl, als ob es dem Eigentümer völlig egal ist, ob sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Wir haben uns natürlich über den Zustand beschwert und dies durch Fotos belegt. Daraufhin wurden die Stühle ausgewechselt und der Innen- und Außenbereich durch drei Damen gereinigt. Die Oberbetten wurden durch saubere Wolldecken ersetzt. Fazit: Das Haus ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Auf den ersten Blick war das Haus schön. Innen: Wohnzimmermöbel Sofas total verbraucht nur notdürftig geflickt, Geschirr teilweise noch Reste vom Vorgänger vorhanden, Wasserversorgung ging am ersten Tag nicht und Pool total grün durch Algen konnte nach 3 Tagen erst genutzt werden. Schiebetüren ins Freie kann man nicht verriegeln.

Alles war sehr in Ordnung, nur die Couch ist sehr stark geflickt und die Türen zur Terrasse ließen sich nicht verriegeln, war also immer möglich ins Haus rein zu kommen, falls man vergaß Rollläden runter zu lassen, das ist uns aber erst am Ende des Urlaubs aufgefallen
