1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Malgré nos remontées à l agence sur place, pression de l eau très basse (filet d eau), plaque qui s allume mais ne chauffe pas, expresso qui fuit avec risque sur la prise multiprise. Avant le départ, j envoyais des mails à l agence locale, aucun retour de leur part. C est uniquement le siège qui répondait, mais sans la réponse. Sinon l appartement est au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, propre à notre arrivée, pas d aspirateur. Des équipements pour faire le ménage qui donne vraiment pas envie.

Appartement sale à notre arrivée des poils de chien partout , ... mais si le ménage aurais étais fais sa se serais pas trouver la . Un frigo qui refroidi pas et la dame de l'agence qui insinu que c'est notre faute que depuis toute ses années les clients qui viennent ce praignent pas hallucinant !!! Très déçu de interhome pourtant nous sommes bon clients en France . L'Espagne très mauvaise expérience heureusemen on a fais abstraction de sa

Nous regrettons de constater votre déception quant à la propreté du logement, notre équipe de ménage a pris de note de vos remarques afin de garantir plus de rigueur à l'avenir. Elle est par ailleurs toujours disposée à intervenir une nouvelle fois durant le séjour de nos clients afin d'assurer leur confort. Un nouveau réfrigérateur a désormais été installé et nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée.

L'appartement correspond à la description. Pièces spacieuses, lumineuses. Cuisine bien équipée. Deux salles de bain appréciables. Une belle et grande terrasse donnant sur une vue magnifique sur la piscine et les canaux.Le jardin ombragé est un plus. La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Dommage que l'appartement soit au troisième et dernier étage sans ascensseur. La climatisation serait nécessaire

Einfache Ausstattung (wie beschrieben), aber sauber. Achtung, 3. OG ohne Aufzug. Keinerlei Relaxmöbel trotz riesiger Terasse, keine Sitzpolster. Für 6 Personen zwar genügend Platz, aber nur 2 Wäscheleinen (etwas dürftig nach einem Strand-/Poolbesuch). Pool (Salzwasser!) wurde jeden Tag gereinigt (Schwebeteile rausgefischt). Dringend nötig wären Moskitonetze. Sehr aggressiv, die Biester (Juni). Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gut. Reaktion auf Mängel meist gut, sehr freundliche Handwerker.

Schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 8 Personen. Dachterrasse mit sehr viel Platz und schöner Aussicht auf den See. Morgens im Schatten, schön zu frühstücken, Abends in der Sonne, keine Markise vorhanden. Küche ausreichend, allerdings zum Kochen zu wenig Schüsseln bzw. Sieb und Kochlöffel. Sollte mal wieder aktualisiert werden. Parkplatz vorhanden allerdings etwas eng für größere Fahrzeuge und durch Wildparker teilweise schwer zugängig. Gerne wieder.

Het appartement is ruim, wel verouderd. Zeer groot terras. Het is wel op de 3de verdiep. Het was wel niet proper toen we aankwamen. We hebben eerst moeten poetsen. En op de muren staan bruine vegen van dood geklopte muggen.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé 2 semaines à empuriabrava dans cet appartement…réellement mis à part la terrasse qui est très grande et sympathique le reste de l’appartement est très vieillot ! La pression au niveau de la douche quasi inexistante, les meubles et l’électroménager très très vieux il y a réellement le strict minimum pour le confort, c’est bien dommage…nous avions réservé il y a 2 ans dans la même résidence un appartement bcp plus moderne du coup nous avons un exemple de comparaison.
