1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolle Deko, schöne Bäder. Allerdings ist das Balkonmobiliar in die Jahre gekommen und sollte für das Gesamtambiente aufgewertet werden (bequeme Stühle) Deutsches TV im Wohnzimmer nur spärlich zu nutzen, im Schlafzimmer ist TV nur mit nicht vorhandenen Zusatzgeräten zu nutzen. Durch die angrenzende Werft wird es oft sehr laut ab 8 Uhr morgens. Die Nähe zum Strand ist super, allerdings sind es 2 km zum Hundestrand (auch per Auto zu erreichen, ausreichend Parkplätze direkt am Strand)

Mooi appartement maar de stoelen op het terras zijn een crime om op te zitten, verder misten wij een lounge gedeelte op het grote terras. De airco was lekker alleen jammer dat de buiten units veel herrie maakten. De badkamer was schoon alleen jammer dat de douchedrain al een tijdje niet schoon gemaakt was en verstopt zat. De keuken was voorzien van een zeer matig werkende koelkast en een kleine vaatwasser die bovendien erg veel herrie maakte.

Grand et bel appartement tout confort, vu sur la marina, très agréable, juste un peu bruyant occasionnellement ( entreprise chantier naval au pied de la résidence), sinon rien a redire, a refaire très vite même

Prima verblijf, mooi en ruim appartement met een zonnig terras. De WIFI vonden wij eerder zwak en erg onregelmatig werkend. Het zou handig zijn mocht er een gebruiksaanwijzing beschikbaar zijn voor de elektrische huishoudtoestellen. De elektrische verwarming in het badkamergedeelte waar het toilet zich bevond werkte niet. Belangrijkste minpunt voor ons was dat het appartement misschien wel oppervlakkig proper oogde maar het viel ons op dat er erg veel vuil (stof, hondenhaar, pluizen e. d.) onder de zetels en bedden bevond in living en slaapkamers. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad.

Het was zeer aangenaam en een ruim appartement mooi uitzicht en dicht bij het strand was proper bij aankomst alleen de broodrooster deed het ni en vonden wij een kookpotje extra niet overbodig we waren met 4 volwassenen en dan was het een beetje krap met 2 kookpotten voor de rest was alles ok en hebben we een fijne vakantie gehad

Nous avons choisi cet appartement sur plusieurs critères dont le plus important était la CLIMATISATION pour parer aux fortes chaleurs de l'été en Espagne. Hors à notre arrivée, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons contacté l'agence locale à plusieurs reprises, un technicien s'est déplacé et a confirmé le dysfonctionnement sans y remédier. Une désagréable semaine dans la chaleur ne pouvant pas ouvrir les fenêtres car bruits du Karcher du port le jour et moustiques la nuit.
