1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

Sandy beach, 2 km long, up to 200 m wide. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing. Bicycle paths, mountain bikes for hire.

Prima locatie maar vreselijk bedRachel H.

Het appartement ligt op een goede locatie, is netjes van binnen maar niet geschikt voor meer dan 2. Het balkon is prima. Het bed is verschrikkelijk, alsof je in een hangmat ligt. Ook de bank is vreselijk om op te zitten, laat staan erop slapen. Jammer dat er geen wifi is. Het complex is erg gehorig. Een modern koffie apparaat zou welkom zijn. Aantal handdoeken te weinig en niet helemaal fris. Na het doortrekken van de wc hoor je een hard hoog geluid. Dus niet snachts doorspoelen.

Thank you for the feedback. Please know that the mattresses are checked often and replaced when it no longer serves its purpose. The sofa is new this year. We regret that these did not meet your comfort this time. As for the towels, it is important to report them on the spot so the staff can replace it on the spot.

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, und sogar barrierefrei zu erreichen, und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Ausblick auf einen der vielen Yachthäfen. Die Wohnung eignet sich nach meiner Meinung für junge Pasre die kein Problem mit einem schmalen Futonbett haben. Für Ü60 er is das eher nix. Da half aber das Notbett im Wohnzimmer. Etwas wenig Ablageflächen im Bad. Auch wenig Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Handtücher im Bad für zwei Personen. Unterm Strich aber Ok

L'appartement correspond aux photos Pro: L'emplacement pratique, boulangerie au rez-de-chaussée et la propreté de l'appartement quand nous sommes arrivés.\nCelui-ci était fonctionnel et nous avons apprécié les 2 ventilateurs qui étaient mis à disposition. Contra: Pas de wifi alors que c'était indiqué dans la description. \nLit inconfortable et bruyant.\nLe canapé-lit inconfortable, on sentait les ressorts. \nEmplacement bruyant, surtout tôt le matin et tard le soir quand ils ouvrent et ferment les vollets . La cour intérieure fait caisse de résonnances.\nM

Contra: Habe wieder die selbe Wohnung gebucht 2023 September gebucht bitte sie die Matratze auszutauschen schliefen nicht so gut Matratze zu weich bekamen dadurch Rücken schmerzen,liege Bezug könnte man auch Mal erneuern , nicht ganz Hygienisch! Habe es auch schon in der Agentur angesprochen,bitte setzen sie sich mit der Agentur in Empuriabrava in Verbindung.Danke

El apartamento està bien, es muy senzillo però tiene de todo y sobretodo està muy limpio! Cercano a la playa y al centro! Hemos etado una pereja y dos perros fenomenal! El unico problema es que lleguemos de noche y nos costó mucho encontrarlo con las indicaciones que nos dieron! Recomendable!
