12 m a.s.l. >>Traditionally, the local residents are involved in the fishing industry. In the coastal area of Cap de Creus, there are lots of beaches and coves with crystal clear waters and a unique aquatic flora. Wide bay ideal for water sports. Beautiful view from the castle of San Salvador and the Monastery of San Pere de Rodes. Important information regarding the local tax: the amount is charged per person per day, with a maximum stay of 7 days and children 16 years and under are exempt from payment. Fishing village with 800 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, 8 km north-west from Cadaqués, 15 km north-east from Roses, 15 km east from Figueres. Shops, restaurant, bar, attractions.

Ruim appartement op de begane grond. Fijne achtertuin met schaduw. Ligging vlakbij zee en supermarkt op loopafstand. Het huisje is wel heel kaal en sober ingericht. Niet "gezellig". Daar valt nog wel winst te behalen.

Pros : facil aparcament al carrer, accessible a persones amb mobilitat reduida. Lavadora i estenedor. Contras : poca privacitat, els veins de la planta superior han d'entrar just pel davant de la sala/menjador. Erem 5 adults, 1 bany es del tot insuficient. No hi ha rentaplats i la vaixella i cristelleria es justa, pel que has d'estar rentant continuamernt. Manquen mosquiteres en varies finestres com la cuina, picades insoportables. Ja que pagues x neteja persiana cuina indecent.

De woning zit op een mooie plek met mooi uitzicht. Verder stelt de woning niet veel voor. Veel achterstallig onderhoud en het het geen sfeer.

Appartement sur un bel emplacement avec vue sur mer comme sur la photo mais impossible de manger sur cette terrasse qui est en plein soleil. L'architecture de l'appartement est assez particulière : la cuisine est au fond du couloir, coincée entre 2 chambres. Pour aller de la cuisine au jardinet à l'arrière où se trouve une table sous un arbre, il faut passer par une chambre ! Certains équipements de la maison doit être renouvelée: 1 seule tasse à café, passoire à pâte cassée, ....Séjour agréabl

Amb altres residents a l'apartament a sobre el nostre ha estat insoportable dia i nit, Converses fortes, cops al terra i sobretot, arrastrament de cadires, taules i mobles, amb gran repercussió sobre el nostre apartament en planta baixa, perqué el forjat no està preparat per una insonorització acústica correcte. Cuina de gas defectuosa, costa d'encendre el forn i el gratinador no funcionava. Manca un rentaplats,i un estenador móbil. Banyera perillosa i un paviment general greixós i resclosit.

Cuando llegamos no estaba limpio, el suelo estaba pegajoso. Las almohadas sudorosas de los anteriores. Sofa del salon pegajoso. La vajilla olía. Cocina vieja. Ollas viejas. No tiene lavaplatos. Mueble baño, estanterías oxidados. Puertas sin pintar. No tenía ni una lamparita para leer en las mesillas de noche.Todo él muy justito. Había restos de una obra en la zona común.
