Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (7 x 3 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Grocery, bar, bakery, café 450 m, bus stop "Fortia" 1.5 km, railway station "Figueres Renfe Adif" 4 km, sandy beach "Empuriabrava" 10 km. Sports harbour 10 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km, surf school 10 m, sailing school, tennis 3 km, minigolf 10 km, riding stable 2 km, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane. Location Description Empuriabrava

1 m a.s.l. >>Well-known holiday complex and summer holiday resort, in the north-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a busy, convenient position, 15 km north-east from Figueres, 150 km north-east from Barcelona, 35 km from Frontera Francesa. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Empuriabrava is a seaside resort with over 30 km of navigable canals and two beaches with golden sand. These canals, very pleasant, allow direct access by boat to the houses by the sea. There is a numerous possibilities to practice water sports, one skydiving centre with their new wind tunnel, carousel, paddle and tennis. Cultural excursions are also possible, for example the Dali Museum in Figueres.

De foto’s waarom wij het gehuurd hadden waren wel enkele jaren oud de tuin was niet netjes de mijnheer die het zwembad reinigde was wel van zijn woord 2x per week de buitenluiken voor de ingangsdeuren gingen niet dicht ( wij durfden niet)! De tv had een hoop kabels en stekkers van de satellieten zonder enige beschrijving dus geen gebruik!

Pas d'eau chaude pdt tte la durée de notre séjour (15 jours), malgré la venue de 3 réparateurs. (une réclamation est en cours auprès d'Interhome). Lieu désertique, bcp de logements en construction autour, pas de commerce. Passage fréquent de tracteurs et cars, odeur de vaches le soir. Pas informé qu'une pers ext a la clé et vient entretenir la piscine. Caméra présente sur le coté de la maison. Piscine agréable. logement assez bien équipé

Nous confirmons que la caméra est désactivée conformément à la loi et nous sommes navrés quant au manque de communication concernant le pisciniste, votre commentaire sera remonté. Pas d'eau chaude pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (15 jours), malgré la venue de 3 réparateurs. Très décevant vu le prix du séjour! (une réclamation est en cours auprès d'Interhome). Lieu désertique, bcp de logements en construction autour, pas de commerce. Obligation de prendre sa voiture. Passage fréquent de tracteurs et cars devant la maison, odeur de vaches le soir. 2 fois par semaine, entretien de la piscine par une personne extérieure, dommage que nous n'étions pas au courant car la personne entre dans le logement sans prévenir avec sa clé. Piscine agréable. Logement bien équipé. Caméra présente sur le coté de la maison ce qui n'est pas autorisé il me semble. Notre contact sur place sinon était très sympathique.

Alles is aan vervanging toe, tegels kapot in de keuken, tegels kapot op het terras, koffiemachine kapot, vaatwasser werkt slecht, onderhoud matig...Bedden zijn op

The holiday home is well equipped and spacious. Very “arts & crafts” and quirky in style. The kitchen has everything and more you will need, however we felt the garden space somewhat overgrown which combined with the very rural location meant there were a lot of bugs. Also lacking in sun loungers although plenty of outdoor dining space. The pool was good but still cold in May and would have benefited from being heated. Due to the location a car is absolutely essential to explore the area as there is only one small shop and 2 restaurants in the village.

Die Villa ist wunderbar groß und mit den drei Bädern sehr komfortabel. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wird jeden Tag gepflegt. Der Garten mit den tollen Kakteen und Bäumen ist paradiesisch und durch die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten vielseitig nutzbar. Nur die Küche und hier insbesondere der Ofen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Bei Problemen ist Interhome schnell erreichbar und hilft sofort.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus, toller Vermieter, den wir live kennengelernt haben und der jederzeit auf Fragen geantwortet hat. Das Dorf ist klein und hübsch. Bis zum Strand nach Empuriabrava haben wir 10-12 Minuten gebraucht. Einkaufen kann man auch super im Umkreis von 10-15 Minuten! Wir empfanden es als super nicht mitten im Tourismus Trubel zu sein!

Maison correspond aux photos sur le site. Située au calme à 10 min de Figueres et 15 min des plages d'Ampuria Brava. Maison spacieuse et bien équipée. Grandes chambres et sdb. Propriétaires très aimables et serviables.

Pondría mosquiteras en todas las habitaciones. Entramos un sábado y ese mismo día se fueron los huéspedes. Por el tema del Corona virus creo que son 48horas que la casa tenía que a ver estado libre. La limpieza de la piscina muy bien.

Todo perfecto, casa con habitaciones con baño y muy amplias, jardin, barbacoa, piscina. Situada en un pequeño pueblo muy tranquilo, aislado pero muy cerva de todo. Sitio ideal para desconectar unos dias.
