On the lower ground floor: bath/WC. Upper floor: with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. TV only ES. House/Residence

House "Sant Joan", renovated. In the centre of Calonge, 4 km from the sea. Supermarket, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 250 m, sandy beach "Sant Antoni de Calonge" 4 km. Sports harbour 6 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Merci pour votre retour. Cette maison traditionnelle en pierre offre de la fraîcheur, mais peut en effet sembler un peu sombre. Un nouveau matelas a été installé l’hiver dernier pour améliorer le confort.

La casa está bien acondicionada y limpia. Sólo echamos en falta aire acondicionado porque al mediodía y tarde hacía mucho calor. Y en la terraza falta igualmente una sombrilla. Y en la planta primera con cocina y baño también se agradecería una sala con sofá y TV. Sólo podíamos ver la TV en la cama. Es algo extraño también abrir la puerta que da acceso a la terraza y ver una puerta de una vivienda pero la propietaria es amable, educada y discreta.
