Simple furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. HUTG-014467

Single-family house "Bretos 7". 1.8 km from the centre of Calonge, 40 km from the centre of Gerona, 120 km from the centre of Barcelona, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 450 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach "Sant Antonio de Calonge" 4 km.

Location Description Calonge

Small resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 35 km south-east from Girona, 105 km north-east from Barcelona. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, attractions. Castle and Town Hall date from 11th century. In July/August there is a classical music festival at the castle. Important golf courses nearby (5-10 km away). Different residential areas are 3-5 km from St Antoni de Calonge and Palamos. Possibility to play golf in Pals, 20 km.

Das Haus ist höchstens ein Stern wert. Ameisen im Haus. Gardinen die daneben hingen. In der Waschmaschine würde ich keine Wäsche waschen. Der Grill war eine Katastrophe. Einen Schirmständer mussten wir selber bauen. Die Dunstabzugshaube war nicht abgedeckt. Alles war ziemlich altbacken. Der einzige Lichtblick war der Pool. Wir sind nach 5 Tagen wieder abgereist.

Seit Ihrem Besuch wurden mehrere Verbesserungen vorgenommen: Die Gardinen sind seit Winter neu, die Waschmaschine wurde durch ein neues Modell ersetzt und der Grill ist nun vollständig mit allen nötigen Werkzeugen ausgestattet. Wir schätzen Ihre Hinweise und arbeiten weiterhin an weiteren Verbesserungen. Trous dans la porte de la salle de bains, vaisselle de cantine, verres disparates (pas deux pareils, pas de verres a vin...), table de jardin tellement vieille qu impossible a laver (noire), chaises extérieures cassées, cendrier rouillé, vieux lits inconfortables, hotte de cuisine d'un autre temps ainsi que la télévision, télécommande cassée, manque de matériel (pas de plateau, pas de bouilloire, pas de bac a glacons ), porte de la rue réparée avec un sac plastique, lavabo et douche bouchés
