Beautiful, cosy terraced house "Marbella II", renovated in 2023. 2 km from the centre of Torrevieja, 600 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), small garden, swimming pool (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Terrace. Private: terrace. Grocery, supermarket 450 m, bus stop "Estación Autobuses Torrevieja" 2 km, railway station "Orihuela" 30 km, sandy beach "Playa de los Locos" 650 m. The pool is only shared with the guests of the house next door ES9755.648.1.

Location Description Torrevieja

Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, directly by the sea, 50 km south from Alicante, 67 km north-east from Murcia. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, casino, folklore evenings, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre. Torrevieja has a natural park and 2 inland lakes. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, beschriebene Wege zu Meer und Co. absolut zutreffend und super gut. Alles in Reichweite, super gut ob mit Auto oder zu Fuß. Ich würde allerdings genug Klamotten mit nehmen da die Waschmaschine leider etwas Schimmel hatte... Das Bett ist funktional aber extrem hart, und eine richtige Bettdecke war leider auch nicht vorhanden. Da hätte ich mir etwas anderes vorgestellt aber man kann drauf schlafen. Alles im Allem war es in Ordnung. Kontakt war sehr freundlich und nett

Bezüglich der Waschmaschine möchten wir Sie informieren, dass das Problem bereits überprüft wurde und es sich lediglich um einen Fremdkörper (eine Münze) im Gummi handelte, der entfernt wurde. We have had two nice weeks in Torrevieja. Casa Ines is very suitable for two adults. Nice location, close to the beach and the centre. The apartment had the facilities we wanted. We will be happy to come again.

The location of the house is quite great. The pool is shared with 1 other house so this is fine. The bed sleeps good. Communication with keyholder is somewhat difficult, google translate and interhome translators helped us, after this it was fine. There is not a lot of power in the house, the oven & induction plate could not be on at the same time. And the sofa is rather uncomfortable. For the rest no major issues, great house and location. Bathroom was also perfect for us. Solid 7 out of 10.

Thank you for the feedback. We are pleased to hear that on the most part, this stay met your satisfaction. With regards to limitation of electricity, it depends on the amount of equipment and devices run simultaneously. The heaviest of these being the swimming pool purifier and the air conditioning.

Marbella 11 apartment Torrevieja John D.

The apartment was modern with a nice kitchen area. We had some problems with the WiFi when we arrived but these were sorted. The outside space and pool were very good. The sun was on the front terrace first thing in the morning and at about 11am it was on the pool area till late afternoon. The seafront is a five minute walk away where you will find lots of restaurants and some bars. The supermarket consum is two minutes walk away. The couch is very low and we had some problems rising from it.
