Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Charly". In the district of Monte Pego, in a quiet, sunny position, 8 km from the sea, 8 km from the beach. Private: property 670 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (5 x 8 m, depth 160 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (38 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant, bar 500 m, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Très belle maison, belle piscine sur grande terrasse avec vue " lointaine " sur la mer. Coin repas agréable, qui permet d'y manger toujours à l'ombre. Nous avons bien apprécié la climatisation dans les 2 chambres de l'étage, dommage qu'il n'y en n'ait pas dans la chambre du niveau inférieur. L'accès au logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite et enfants en bas âge.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, es wäre wünschenswert gewesen, wenn das Dritte Schlafzimmer auch Klima gehabt hätte. Ohne Auto wäre man aufgeschmissen gewesen. Alte Menschen haben es sehr schwer. Sehr sauber.

Schöne Terrasse mit tollem Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten, tolle Aussicht, Anfahrt mit sehr engen Straßen. Viele, hohe Stufen bis zum Eingang, eine Herausforderung für Ältere oder kleine Kinder., leider überwiegend ohne Geländer. In den beiden Schlafzimmern mit Klimaanlage die Matratzen sehr hart und ein Bett quietschte bei jeder Bewegung, da als Lattenrost Spanplatte unter der Matratze war. Die Küche war absolut ok. Leider da oben auf dem Berg auch viele Mücken.
