Cosy house "Gabi". In the district of Monte Pego, in an elevated position residential area (villas), 8 km from the sea. Private: property with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Footpath (7 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 6 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 7.4 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km, tennis 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

22 m a.s.l. >>A friendly, well known tourist town ideal for families with 45.000 residents, well connected, 90 km northeast of Alicante and 105 km southeast of Valencia. Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. Many religious and popular festivals, like Les Falles and Moros i Cristians. It is possible to take ferry trips to Ibiza and enjoy a bunch of water sports. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Das Objekt liegt in einer super Lage und ist schön geräumig. Man hat eigentlich fast alles bis auf einen Sonnenschirm und Hygienemülleimer in den Bädern. Der Pool und der Balkon sind ein Traum! Würde wieder hin.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Aussicht war grandios. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat waren die alten Pfannen in der Küche und das es keine gescheiten Decken gab. Ansonsten war alles super. Haus war sauber und für uns optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison extrêmement propre a notre arrivée. Vue splendide. Endroit un peu isolé il faut prévoir de faire les courses au supermarché à 10 mns car rien aux alentours. Il manque la climatisation dans le salon et les chambres c’est très difficile à supporter en cas de chaleur nous l’avons vécu. Avec la Climatisation et des poêles neuves ce serait le top !

Maison agréable et très propre, Intérieur : propre et bien agencée, dispose de tous ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour,le seul bémol c'est qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle. Extérieur : belle piscine 4x8, seul bémol terrasse et le tour de la piscine sont peut petit, manque de place pour les transats. Jardin: quel dommage de laisser le jardin à l'abandon.

Zum wiederholten Male im schönen Casa Gabi geurlaubt und es war wieder einmal zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Die Ruhe ist perfekt der uneinsehbare Pool noch mehr und der Ausblick... puhhh da fehlen mir tatsächlich die Worte! Ein Tag schöner wie der andere! Es war wie immer herrlich!!!

Przepięknie położony dom w Monte Pego, całkowita prywatność ( tylko 1 dom obok widzi nasz basen ) , przepiękny widok na morze i góry, jeden z najlepszych w tej dzielnicy, niczym nie zasłonięty. 14 dni spędzone w tym domu było wielką przyjemnością. Obsługa ze strony Interhome również rewelacyjna, bezproblemowy odbiór i zdanie kluczy nawet w godzinach nocnych. Pełen profesjonalizm - szczerze polecam!
