In the district of Cumbre del Sol 8 km from the centre of Moraira, 10 km from the centre of Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (not fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 4.9 km, railway station "Teulada" 9.5 km, ferry "Denia" 23.2 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 8 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 3.5 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Moraira

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Unterkunft war gut , sauber. Hätte ein schöner Urlaub sein können, aber leider wurde den ganzen Urlaub auf dem Grundstück neben an gebaut. Morgens um 7.30- 8.00 Uhr war die Nacht vorbei. Die Terrasse war war direkt zu den Bauarbeiten hin und am Pool fühlte man sich auch beobachtet! Von Interchalet kam nur die Aussage ist halt so, ab September wird gebaut. Leider vorher nicht über die Möglichkeit informiert worden, hätte dann garantiert etwas anderes gebucht.

Das Haus und der Pool waren super! Trotzdem würde ich bei Casamundo nicht wieder buchen! Vom ersten Urlaubstag an wurde direkt neben uns gebaut. Jeden Morgen um 7.30-8.00 Uhr war die Nacht vorbei. Man konnte weder auf der Terrasse noch am Pool liegen ohne von den Arbeitern gesehen zu werden. Meinen Jahresurlaub habe ich mir anders vorgestellt! Vom Ferienhaus Vermieter kam nur das kann im September passieren, halt Pech gehabt! Leider wird das vorher nirgendwo anders erwähnt. Also lieber woanders buchen!

Après 9 années à passer par Interhome, 1ere fois que ça se passe mal Signalement à plusieurs reprises que la piscine doit être nettoyée, pisciniste dit être passé alors que nous sommes présents face à la piscine et personne n’est venu L’agence croit le pisciniste malgré les photos de l’eau verte et degeulasse Nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner durant quasiment une semaine. Dommage car belle maison avec une belle vue Vacances gâchées

Huis was zeer netjes. Enkel de gasbus voor de bbq was leeg en op onze vraag hierover hebben we geen reactie ontvangen. Verder zat het toilet/douche verstopt. Dit probleem is wel opgelost (2x ontstoppingsfirma voor gekomen.

Mooie woning met prachtig uitzicht op de middellandse zee. Buitenmeubilair is aan vernieuwing toe, zeker de eettafel en stoelen aan het zwembad. Fijne locatie, veel uitstapjes kortbij mogelijk. Aanraders zijn zeker Cala Moraig, Moraira en Denia. ...

La villa correspond à la description faite dans l'annonce (hormis le fait qu'elle ne se trouve pas sur la commune de Moraira mais sur celle de Benitachell). Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette location bien équipée et bien rénovée. La villa est calme mais il faut prendre la voiture pour se rendre en ville. La piscine est très agréable et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Il y a également de belles ballades à faire aux alentours. Je recommande cette location.

This property was a late substitute as our first choice fell through. When we arrived the pool needed a clean but interhome sorted it and pool man came first thing next day. The property was very clean and spacious. There are no English TV channels. The BBQ is gas. The kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cups and plates but no cupboard space for food. Oven needs timer on to work. Several steps down to pool area. Overall a great place to stay but car essential. Would definitely recommend.
