Private: property 3'350 m2, garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 3.5 km, railway station "Teulada" 6.5 km, ferry "Denia" 22.7 km, sandy beach "El Portet" 2.8 km. Location Description Moraira

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Me ha parecido muy bien todo excepto que no haya ventiladores o aire acondicionado y lo demás es una maravilla de casa y lo mejor de todo unas vistas espectaculares y la piscina excelente y el servicio de mantenimiento y de la limpieza de la piscina muy amables ,lo recomendaría a todos los que buscan tranquilidad y un viaje de ensueño.pienso repetir el destino otro año...
