Terraced house "Vista Halcon". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a secluded, quiet position on a slope, 5 km from the sea. Public parking. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 10 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 11 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km. Tennis 800 m.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Pasamos una estancia horrible en el alojamiento. Había mal olor por toda la casa, los muebles estaban manchados de excremento de animal y eso mismo desprendía un olor desagradable por toda la casa, además del olor a humedad tan horrible que había.

Reihenhäuschen in wunderschöner Umgebung mit tollem Ausblick. Möbel und Inventar leider nur sehr in die Jahre gekommen bzw. nicht immer pfleghaft behandelt, was teils deutliche Spuren hinterlassen hat. Küchenausstattung verbesserungswürdig (Mangel an Gläsern, Tassen, Pfannenwender z.B.). Untere Etagen riechen schnell nach Feuchtigkeit. Alles aushaltbar!

La casa es muy bonita pero con mal mantenimiento,hay muchísima humedad, muchos cuchillos y cubiertos oxidados, quitaría las alfombras porque están bastante sucias y al sofá lo cubriría con algunas telas que se pusieran limpias cuando va a entrar un inquilino igual que se hacen con las camas.
