Beautiful, cosy, comfortable house "Tara", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 1.6 km from the sea, 1.6 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 40 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.3 km, supermarket 400 m, restaurant, café 900 m, bus stop "Parada antiguo Mas y Mas" 1.2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 1.6 km, shingle beach "Cala Blanca" 1.9 km. Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, tennis 1.8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.
