Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Deck chairs (6). Beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Private: terraced garden, 850 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (5 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace, central heating system. Stepped path (27 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Ambolo" 3 km. Tennis 1 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

This is our second stay at Villa Tana and it was just as good as the first time. Plenty of space, use of a fantastic private pool, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Open plan living and kitchen is perfect for spending time together in the evenings. Would definitely come back for a 3rd time.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé. Tout était fonctionnel. Là piscine est top. L’agence est réactive en cas de question ou de pépin. Une magnifique vue depuis la maison. L’environnement est idéal pour les vacanciers cherchant du repos.Le village est sympa.

De woning is op zich niet verkeerd maar er is helaas geen airco, wat toch geen overbodige luxe is. Slechts 3 matrassen voor de tuinstoelen en slechte bedden. Maar het allergrootste minpunt is de buurman met zijn honden. Die blaffen constant; ook ‘s nachts en ‘s morgens vroeg..om gek van te worden! Dus meteen de reden waarom we niet meer terug gaan.

Mooi huis maar irritante honden van de buren. Pro: Goeie ligging, prima zwembad, charmevol en groot huis. Contra: Geen airco, slechts 3 matrassen voor de tuinzetels, bedden gedateerd. Maar de reden dat we niet teruggaan is het voortdurende geblaf van honden van de buren. Ook ‘s nachts en ‘s morgens vroeg, soms uren aan een stuk. Echt onuitstaanbaar maar wel jammer want de rest was echt wel OK.

La casa es muy bonita, aunque en las fotos parece mas grande. esta ubicada en un sitio precioso. Pero necesita una puesta a punto, los colchones se hunden, no funcionaba una cisterna, la puerta de entrada no se abria bien y aunque Interhome nos mando un operario, la puerta se volvio a encajar y nos dejo encerrados y tuvieron que venir a abrirnos.

Thank you for the feedback. Our local office have assessed the property and replaced one mattress, the rest are fine. The lock on the entrance door has been replaced and is now secured. The cistern also works well.

équipement électroménager 1er prix Impossible de griller une viande ( pas de plancha ni bbq) 20 minutes pour faire bouillir de l’eau . four à micro ondes si petit qu’on ne peut réchauffer qu’une petite assiette . - un seul parasol en mauvais état au bord de la piscine - l’espace repas extérieur est en plein soleil et pas de lumière extérieure pour dîner le soir - literie tout juste correcte ds la chambre parentale et insuffisante ds la chambre des enfants

Lugar tranquillo. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar el día sin tener que salir mucho. También está cerca de algunos miradores y calas para dar un paseo o bañarte en el mar. El estado de la casa es bueno aunque convendría cambiar los colchones ya que están bastante quemados. La Wifi no tiene mucho ancho de banda. Sin aire acondicionado, por lo que si abres las ventanas entran mosquitos. También encontramos una víbora en el jardín, es lo que tiene el campo. Bien en general.
