House "Pomeraj", 2 storeys. In the district of Trencall, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km. Tennis 2 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Es ist im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in der man seinen Urlaub genießen kann. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt eigentlich an nix. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind jedoch auch zu bemängeln. Die Türen kann man einfach nicht leise schließen da sie alle verzogen sind. Da müsste einfach mal ein Tischler ein wenig nacharbeiten. Der Grill ist auch in die Jahre gekommen und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Aber sonst alles Bestens

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus mit kleinen Mängeln welche man aber verkraften kann. Ein neuer Grill müsste mal angeschafft werden und einzelne Ventilatoren getauscht werden. Der Pool ist einfach super und wird auch regelmäßig gereinigt

Auf Grund der Fotos auf der Internet-Seite hielt ich die Einrichtung für Neu und hochwertig. Bei unserer Ankunft stellte sich aber heraus, das ein größerer Renovierungsstau besteht. (Schwergängiger Wasserhahn und defekte Spiegelbeleuchtung im obigen Bad) Auch die Küchenzeile benötigt eine Renovierung.

La casa es muy buena, el tercer año que vamos. Tiene de todo lo necesario excepto un par de cosas. Una que no tiene ducha exterior en la piscina y otra que carece de aire acondicionado, que otros años no echamos de menos pero este sí. Decir que el primer día la piscina tenía el agua muy sucia pero el segundo día vino el de mantenimiento y mejoró bastante. Otra cosa a mejorar, los ventiladores de techo, que son muy ruidosos

Chouette villa avec une piscine extraordinaire dans un quartier très calme proche de tout! Seuls bémols : manque la climatisation et le barbecue est à remplacer.

Das Haus war alles in allem sehr gut! Hier und da leichtes Verbesserungspotenzial wie zum Bsp.Abflussreinigung der Dusche vor Mieterwechsel und evtl. bessere Matratzen, aber das sieht ja jeder etwas anders.

Estuvo todo perfecto, lo único malo fue el estado de algunas almohadas (había una con unas manchas de sudor que cubrían toda la almohada de colores amarillos y anaranjados) y colchones (se hundía).

Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 7 Personen einem Kind und einem Hund dort verbracht.Waren vom Ambiente positiv überrascht. Der eigene Pool ist gross genug. Die nette Sitzlocation bietet sich für romantische Stunden an.Anbei für uns (7 Personen und 1 Kind) war natürlich die vorhandene Spülmaschine sowie Waschmaschine) perfekt. Die Finka entspricht voll den Bildern. Die Poolsäuberung hat innerhalb 24 Std. perfekt geklappt. Ein dickes Lob. Einige Mängel haben wir leider festgestellt: Im oberen Bad ist der Wasserhahn sowie Duschkopf ordentlich verkalkt Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Und das Personal von Interhome.... ein dickes Lob!Klasse ! Gerne wieder

Han sido unas vacaciones muy buenas, la casa es tal y como se describe en el anuncio, grande, amplia, limpia y con una piscina increíble. La atención a la hora de recoger las llaves fue muy buena y con un trato muy familiar por parte del chico q nos atendió, incluso nos hizo unos regalos como detalle por parte de la agencia. Por decir algo que no nos gusto.... la barbacoa de gas ( muy aparatosa) y que no nos avisaron de que todos los martes y viernes va un empleado, por cuenta del propietario,

Vivienda muy confortable y bonita, con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estancia, la zona exterior terraza y piscina esta muy bien distriduída y permite pasar todo el día fuera disfrutando del baño, tomando el sol o durante las comidas sin estar observado. En la zona de aparcamiento caben mas de cuatro coches. La zona es muy tranquila sin ruidos ni molestias nocturnas.

Es una casa ideal para ir en grupo. Todo estaba en muy buenas condiciones. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. La ubicación te permite hacer paseos hasta algunos de los cabos cercanos. El único "pero" sería que la conexión a Internet no funcionaba muy bien.
