Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Tout était parfait. La maison : - Très propre - Il y avait absolument tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer un séjour comme à la maison. - Bonne literie et la climatisation. Les extérieurs: - Très beau jardin bien fleuri. - Belle piscine bien entretenue et à une bonne température. - Environnement très calme. - belle vue sur la mer Nous avons loué quelques fois via interhome et c'est la meilleure maison que ́nous avons eu. Si nous en avons l'occasion nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Wir haben in dem Haus absolut nichts vermisst. Der überdachte Pool war auch super. Ich kann die teilweise negativen Kommentare von vorherigen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Das Haus ist nicht neu, aber wirklich gut ausgestattet. Ich möchte keinen dieser Glaskästen die dort derzeit entstehen. Nur der Internetzugang war sehr langsam. Da sollte Interhome mal was ändern. War auch in anderen Häusern so. Das 7. Mal über Interhome gebucht.

Maison facile à vivre et bien équipée mais qui mériterait une chambre avec un lit king sise et non deux lits séparés. Un aspirateur (sans fil) serait aussi le bienvenu.

Das Haus Pedro war super und die Umgebung war perfekt. Einfach die Matratzen waren nicht mehr so gut. Wir hätten es gerne wieder gemietet, aber leider ist es schon wieder besetzt für nächstes Jahr. Wir haben aber ein Anderes für nächstes Jahr gefunden und schon gemietet. Wir sind ganz gespannt wie es da ist. Lg H. u. R. H.

Maison agréable avec vu sur la mer. Il y'a toujours une différence de degrés entre la ville de Javea et la maison ce qui est appréciable étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de climatisation. Vous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Die gesamte Lage der Finca war sehr gut und ruhig. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön angelegt und der Pool ist sehr schön groß. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig nur leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste mal einiges repariert werden. So zb. die Fliegengitter in den Schlafzimmern die bringen nun mal nix wenn die löchrig sind wie ein Schweizer Käse. Die Küche mit Kühlschrank auf der Arbeitsplatte ist auch nur eine Notlösung. Aber ansonsten eine schöne Finca

Haus in einer tollen Lage. Swimmingpool abgedeckt, dadurch konstante warme Wassertemperatur. Haus ist an sich veraltet, sollte renoviert und aufgefrischt werden. Strom / Heizung bei schlechtem Wetter z.T. längere Zeit ausgefallen. Auch hier müßte modernisiert werden. Betten, eine Katastrophe.

Todo la estancia fue espectacular. Cocina equipada con absolutamente todo, conexión wifi y televisiones con acceso a plataformas como Netflix, cada habitación con su baño, mobiliario cómodo, piscina perfecta para ir con niños, zona para tomar el sol, para comer al aire libre y para dejar un par de coches. Todo estuvo perfecto. Absolutamente recomendable.
