House "Patrai". In the district of Montañar II, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden 1'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 900 m, shingle beach "Caleta" 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Leuk huisje. Tevreden over door goede en rustige ligging. De buitenomgeving was top. In verhouding is het huisje wat klein maar geen probleem bij goed weer. Enig minpuntje is de keuken: verouderd, geen koffiemachine of koffiezetapparaat of Nespresso of gelijkaardige machine. De handvaten van kookpotten en steelpannen staan los wat gevaarlijk is. De eigenaars zijn 1 keer langs gekomen in het privé gedeelte: spreken alleen Spaans dus communicatie is niet mogelijk.

Aussenbereich gut. Kücheneinrichtung mangelhaft, wurde schon 2019-2022 bemängelt. Wird nur noch schlechter. Der Gasflaschenwechsel ist eine Zumutung und gefährlich. Es wird im Beschrieb nicht erwähnt, dass mit Gas gekocht wird und das Warmwasser ebenfalls mit Gas aufgeheizt wird.

Bonne location la maison est agréable et proche de commerces, de la plage le Jardin est super. L endroit est très calme. Seul bemole il serait appréciable que le propriétaire prévienne avant de passer faire l entretien de la piscine.

Interhome Service vor Ort erstklassig, danke sehr, gerne wieder. Haus ist supertoll, wie in vielen Ferienmietobjekten ist die Küchenausstattung leider lausig. Verstehe die Vermieter, vermutlich wird zu viel kaputt gemacht oder geklaut immer wieder. Dennoch overall: 5 Sterne von 5 Der Aussenbereich mit Garten, Pool, Dusche, BBQ und mehreren Sitzplätzen, je nach Tageszeit und Sonne, ist gigantisch und extrem gepflegt.
