Private: garden 1'850 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool heated, with privacy (4 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift, air conditioning, burglar alarm system. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 2.4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 7 km pebble beach "De la Grava" 3 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Pool heating (extra), on request.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

La maison contenait très peu d'objets personnels des propriétaires ce qui en faisait un endroit très agréable

Wir waren für 6 Nächte in dieser tollen Villa. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet. Insgesamt war es auch sehr sauber. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool ist wirklich toll. Negativ war ein Leck in der Klimaanlage. Wir hatten 4 Tage eine Tropfsteinhöhle in der Küche. Der Techniker vor Ort verwies auf die Reparatur nach unserer Abreise. Auch fehlten Bilder an der Wand, was die Räume etwas leer wirkten. Dennoch würden wir wiederkommen.

Diese Unterkunft bietet allen Lux. Es fehlt an nichts wir konnten es sehr geniessen super ruhig und schöne Aussicht. Kommen wieder….

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Wasserqualität im Pool war leider sehr salzhaltig. Die Lage der Villa ist ausgezeichnet.

Second time we have stayed at this Villa. It is very well equipped and a great location. Villa was very clean had an excellent pool. Check in and out was seamless.

Ce que nous n'avons pas apprécié et la manière dont nous avons été reçu. La personne ne connaissait rien à la maison, en gros on nous a donné les clés et débrouillez vous. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien et il fallait la régler dans la chambre du bas pour toutes les autres chambres. Les câbles électriques de la clim du haut pendaient dans le dressing, c'était soit disant encore en réparation. De plus l'internet ne fonctionnait pas bien.
