Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning and forced-air heating. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Large terrace, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Very beautiful, cosy villa "El Camino". In the district of Montgo, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 9 km from the sea, 9 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Estacion de autobuses Javea" 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 9 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

La maison est idéalement située avec le soleil toute la journée. Elle est moderne et propre et les extérieurs très agréables. Un bémol cependant, la pression de l'eau de la douche.

Tous les équipements sont en très bons états. Manque à notre avis, un presse agrumes électrique, et un peu plus de vaisselle. Le logement est très fonctionnel ! Il nous convient parfaitement.

Prachtige en propere woning , interieur en exterieur gewoon een droom . Wij hebben enorm genoten van het geweldig zwembad ( wat elke dinsdag wordt onderhouden door professionals) . Voor ons was dit de ideale ligging, lekker rustig ( wagen is wel een vereiste) . Wel niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht te been zijn , nogal veel trappen . Dit is een vakantiehuis zoals een vakantiehuis moet zijn . Wij komen zeker terug , om te genieten !!!

Das Haus ist in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. Die Aussicht ist sehr gut. Haus ist sehr gepflegt, gut ausgerüstet, Matratzen sind sehr gut, Räume sind gut und schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte nur im großen Schlafzimmer ein Kleiderschrank. Dann wäre es perfekt. Leider hat am 12.1.2024 ca 100-200 Meter weiter unten ein Neubau von einer vermutlich sehr großen Finca begonnen. Der Baulärm war sehr störend. Wir vermuten, dass es den ganzen Sommer immer wieder zu unangenehmen Lärm kommen kann.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sauber und gut erhalten. Wir haben keinerlei Mängel festgestellt. Auch die Matratzen waren in tadellosen/neuen Zustand. Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt. Der Außenbereich war perfekt. Viele Terrassen, der Pool und der tolle Ausblick. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an das Interhome Team vor Ort werden, dort wird einem umgehend geholfen.

The outside area and view where wonderful but the interior was tired and needs some design touches. Lots of niggly things that could easily be improved; 1. Towels very poor. 2. No wardrobe to Master. 3. Twin room door difficult to shut. 4. Lots of doors including the fridge door need to be oiled to stop squeaking. 5. More mugs/cutlery required. 6. Welcome Pack would be ideal particularly for late arrivals. 7. Key lock safe with code should be at the property for initial access.

Das Haus ist traumhaft schön genauso wie die Lage des Objektes. Wir werden bald wieder buchen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, denn der Strand ist etwas weiter und wunderschön. Die Promenade in Javea ist sehr schön mit vielen Bars und Läden zum bummeln. Einfach Urlaubsflair. Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Buen sitio, vistas muy buenas al Montgo, Ideal para 4 personas. Cómodo, muy limpio y buenas instalaciones. Cocina y Barbacoa Exterior buena. Quizás faltase Menaje de cocina y Nevera mas grande. falta poder encender la Iluminación Exterior a la piscina. Pero aun así. Uno de los mejores sitios para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Tiene un supermercado nada más salir de la Urbanización, que puede utilizarse para compra diaria.
