Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 180 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 180 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. Bath/bidet/WC. Garden 40 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Parking space n 25 (roofed) at the house. Please note: TV only ES. AT-443116-A

Cosy terraced house "Residencial El Arenal". In the district of El Arenal, in a central position, 400 m from the sea. For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, public parking. Shop 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 1 m, bus stop, sandy beach 400 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

La casa nos ha parecido acogedora, con buena ubicación y cómoda. La falta de internet, aire acondicionado, colchones y almohadas demasiado blandos, tv antigua con mala recepción de señal afean la casa que con pequeños detalles sería perfecta. El trato con la inmobiliaria de 10. Gracias, intentaremos repetir.

La casa es amplia y los vecinos de la urbanización son muy agradables, buena relación calidad-precio. El único problema es que aportan un solo juego de llaves, donde además no se incluye un cambio en la puerta de salida del garaje de la urbanización.

de woning is zeer ruim met gezellige tuin, veilig gevoel in deze residentie die goed onderhouden is , incl zwembad. interieur is wel verouderd, kasten zaten vo met persoonlijke spullen van de eigenaars. bereiding warm water was niet simpel met grote groep volwassenen, oude doorstroomapparaat met gasbussen. 2de badkamer is dringend aan renovatie toe!
