Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, cooking island) with dining table. Bath/bidet/WC, sep. WC. Large terrace. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (4). Only 1st floor is for rent. Beautiful, cosy villa "Batavia". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 300 m from the sea. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Porticholl" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km, diving center 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

De ligging van het huis is perfect, maar het huis verdiend wel wat onderhoud. - Terras verzakt - Keukenkastjes hangen scheef - Bank zakt door - Duurt erg lang voordat er warm water is met douchen - Zwembad was erg vies - Tuin slecht onderhouden (zooitje) - Rolluiken werken niet lekker - Etc.

Hemos repetido porque nos gustó, pero tendrían que prestar atención a la limpieza de la piscina. Este año solo 1 x semana, y aunque pasan el barre fondo y quitan hojas, se nota que las paredes en general y escaleras están sucias. Tendrían que mejorar/actualizar el menaje (que es escaso), y las sillas y tumbonas (ni con agua sale lo manchado). También arreglar desperfectos en sillas, sombrilla, etc. que el año pasado ya estaban en dañadas y este año siguen igual

La casa está bien, muy grande y espaciosa, el mobiliario para mi gusto un poco anticuado pero las vistas increíbles y el espacio disponible compensan. La piscina debería estar mejor mantenida ya que le faltaba pasar limpia fondos y anti algas.
