House "Balcon al Mar". In the district of Balcon al Mar, 6 km from the sea. Private: natural garden 950 m2, swimming pool (5 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 12 km, swimming bay 6 km. Tennis 1.4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Agréable séjour. Maison propre et bien située avec belle vue. Cependant, il ne s'agit pas d'une villa mais d'un appartement au 1er étage d'une villa, sans accès direct à la piscine. Donc déception par rapport à nos attentes. Double déception du fait que ceci a été communiqué à l'agence, qui n'a donné aucune suite à cette déception.

Tired interior but comfy beds. Ground floor is not part of the rental. Access to the swimming pool is out the front door , around the side of the house down the steps. The photos are deceptive as it looks as though the downstairs terrace provides entrance to the house which it doesn’t . Disappointing as I was there with my aged Mother who has problems walking. Kitchen has no oven. House has no WIFI - in 2024 - really?!!

Maison agréable et calme avec très peu de vis à vis. Une vue dégagée et magnifique sur la végétation et sur les montagnes. La piscine est grande et parfaite. L'agence INTERHOME à JAVEA est très réactive. Point négatif : déco vieillotte, pas de WIFI.

Geräumiges Haus, der Pool ist klasse und wurde auch während der 4 Wochen regelmäßig gewartet. Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön! Ansonsten die üblichen Mängel, nur 2 Weingläser für 4 Personen und auch nur 4 Teller. Diverse Leuchten ohne Funktion. Das allgemein angesprochene Ameisenproblem hatten wir nach kurzer Zeit erledigt, Sauberkeit ist da ganz wichtig! Leider insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen, Vorhänge, Tischdecken sowie Innen und Außenanstrich! Dafür etwas zu Teuer :-(

Maison très calme avec peu de vis à vis et une belle vue magnifique sur la végétation et sur les montagnes. La piscine est superbe. Dommage manque climatisation car il a fait très chaud et beaucoup de fourmis.

Maison agréable pour une famille avec des enfants assez grand parce que l’accès de la piscine est avec des escaliers donc pas pratique pour les enfants des petit et pour les personnes handicapée Tout est équipé serviette à dispo draps barbecue cafetière bouilloire …Maison un peu vieillotte à l’intérieur et manque de ménage.On dû acheter des bombe anti fourmis on était envie,et la douche se bouche très rapidement. On a passé un très bon séjour avec ma famille je recommande malgré les2 3 choses.

Maison surchauffée sans clim et mini ventilateur qui fait du bruit et qui ne ventile pas,il faut dormir fenêtres et volets ouverts avec une lumière devant la fenêtre qui s'allume la nuit et qui ne peut pas s'éteindre,la fenêtre donne directement sur l'entrée donc il faut dormir habillé sinon les jardiniers et les nettoyeurs de piscine qui viennent le matin verrons vos trésors.Maison envahi de fourmis vous en aurez dans votre nourriture et vos oreilles la nuit.Piscine pas au même niveau.WC lent

koelkast deur was beschimmeld De matrassen zijn aan vervanging toe. Hadden last van heel wat mieren. De eigenaar kwam op vrijdag (dag voor vertrek) vragen wanneer we de vakantiewoning zouden verlaten, vonden we heel onbeleefd. De benodigdheden in de keuken waren zeker voldoende. Klein minpuntje is dat je via de voordeur naar het zwembad moet, en best voordeur hoeft te sluiten. Airco is een groot gemis in de woning.

La parcela exterior está descuidada, la puerta exterior de la.misma no cierra por lo que es imposible tener una mascota suelta sin peligro de que se escape. La iluminación exterior no funciona, sólo la luz de la puerta, pero las de la piscina no encienden. Barbacoa? Jajaja El interior de la casa es sencillo, no hay un master room para el matrimonio, no hay lavavajillas ni agua caliente en la cocina por lo que fregar la vajilla se hace difícil, no hay horno, es la casa con mínima equipación

La casa muy bien situada, muy tranquila, muy fresquita para dormir, nos la entregaron muy limpia. El check-in y entrega de llaves en oficinas, OK. Por ponerle un pero, no dispone de Wifi, sólo nos dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para una estancia de 5 días y, teniendo lavadora, no te dejan jabón para poder lavar.

Waren für 3 Wochen dort. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend aber das Zentrum ist mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar. Service vor Ort war auch sehr gut Poolreinigung war 2 mal die Woche. Die bestellten Zusatzleistungen wie Babybett usw. waren bereits in der Unterkunft als wir angekommen sind An diesem Objekt gibt es nichts auszusetzen und wir würden es zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

La casa es tal como se ve. Perfectamente equipada y una piscina muy limpia y soleada. La zona es muy bonita, pero carece de aceras para pasear, por lo que todo es en coche. Tiene un súper muy cerca y bajar al pueblo es muy sencillo, bastante directo. Salvo por el calor de noche y los mosquitos, vacaciones muy buenas.
