Large, cosy, comfortable apartment block "Roma", 2 storeys. In the resort Jávea, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the sea, 1.2 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 120 m, restaurant 800 m, bar 750 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 1.1 km pebble beach 1 km. Sports harbour 1.2 km, marina 1.2 km, surf school 600 m, tennis 1.2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Al llegar la casa estaba muy sucia, sólo habían limpiado parcialmente los wc y hecho las camas con sábanas limpias. Terraza sucia, colchas del sofá con manchas y olorosas, suelos muy sucios con restos de pelos, uñas, cajas de medicamentos, gomas del pelo, pelusas, cocina pegajosa con armarios y cajones sucios,etc. Tuvimos q destinar la primera tarde de vacaciones a limpiar con lejía. Appartement agréable et qui correspond à la description. Idéalement situé. Piscine très bien, peu de monde, propre. Quelques petites améliorations seraient à penser : - majorer la dotation en vaisselle - proposer 2 jeux de clefs - réparer l'interphone et la climatisation d'une chambre à l'étage - mettre un aspirateur à disposition. Hormis cela, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette région magnifique.

The apartment is in need of renovation work. On our third night a number of the tiles fell off the bathroom wall, smashing across the floor and damaging the toilet. Interhome Maintenance inspected and promptly removed the whole wall of tiles as they were dangerous. This left us with only the small shower room for the next 11 days of our holiday!! I spent time facilitating the Maintenance men and Insurance company and disappointed no compensation has been offered for the inconvenience.

appartement agréable et bien situé entre le port et l'Arénal. petits problèmes d'interphone dûs à la copropriété mais aussi pas de bouton sur l'interphone pour ouvrir la porte, il fallait donc descendre .... Par contre je remercie Interhome pour sa gentillesse car il y avait très peu de vaisselle et l'équipe a complété ce qu'il manquait (pas de bols, 5 petites cuillères pour logement de 6 personnes ...)

El apartamento está bien situado para ir a la playa de graba, es bonito y moderno, pero ha tenido algunos fallos que se deberían solucionar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, el video portero tampoco, la nevera no enfriaba, la plaza de garaje diminuta y entre pilares, las dos terrazas estaban un poco sucias y también me parece que la entrada a,las 16:00 horas es un poco tarde y la salida a las 10:00 un poco pronto, y estaría bien poder dejar llaves en apartamento en salida.
