Small, cosy apartment block "Nova Soberana", 4 storeys. In the centre of Javea, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: fitness room, lift. Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop 100 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km pebble beach 1.5 km. Sports harbour 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Apartamento limpio y completo, zona muy tranquila . Es necesario coger coche para ir a la zona de playa pero está muy cerca eninclusive se podría llegar en un paseo (largo) Tuvimos la oportunidad de flexibilizar la entrada y la salida.
