El Arenal: Old apartment block "Monada", 4 storeys. In a central, busy position, 100 m from the sea, road to cross. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop 100 m, supermarket, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal". Tennis 500 m. Groups of teenagers on request only.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

El apartamento es bueno, grande bien situado y con parking, tiene de todo como en casa, estabamos encantados, hasta que: Un dia empezo mientras dormia que mi cama se movia como si alguien la empujase desde abajo ocurrio 3 o 4 veces en los dias que estubimos, no le di importancia pues podria ser soñando, pero empeoro cuando mi mujer con la cara desencajada por la mañana me dijo, vamonos de aqui estoy mal no he dormido toda la noche han estado moviendose sombras por la habitacion toda la noche.

El apartamento está ubicado en un edificio bastante antiguo. Su situación es perfecta a unos metros del paseo de la playa del Arenal. La orientación es muy buena, al norte, por lo que el piso es fresco. El estado de la vivienda es lamentable, impropio de Interhome: paredes llenas de manchas y grietas, tapicería de los sillones muy sucia, muebles destrozados, camas muy incómodas, caudal de agua insuficiente, luz en la terraza averiada... No debería comercializarse un apartamento en ese estado.

We really regret that the normal upkeep and renovations that take place before the summer season, were unfortunately unable to take place this year due to the travel restrictions causing the owner to be unable to visit the property. Nevertheless, we assure you that improvements are currently underway and we really hope that you will choose to return to our company once again in order to give us another chance.
