Exit to the balcony. 1 small room with 1 bed (135 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. Balcony 4 m2. Facilities: washing machine, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: apartment street side. No lift. AT-446965-A

Small apartment block "Lepanto". In the district of Puerto, in a central, busy position, 100 m from the sea, 220 m from the beach. Shop 50 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bar 20 m, café, pedestrian zone 30 m, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, shingle beach "La Playa de Grava" 100 m. Sports harbour 200 m, surf school, sailing school. Please note: no lift.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

The apartment itself was clean,fresh and well fitted out for everything we needed. Position in port excellent. Needed another set of keys so we could go out on our own and not find ourselves locked out Entry and stairs a bit grubby.otherwise all good

The apartment is not large but is comfortable and very well equipped. It is in a very convenient position for all aspects of the Port area and although in the centre is quite quiet. There is no lift and it is 50 stairs from the road to the front door so a reasonable amount of fitness is needed!

Eenvoudig schoon appartement voor max 3 personen. Voor degenen die slecht ter been zijn is dit appartement niet geschikt. Het bevindt zich op de 3 etage en er is geen lift aanwezig.

Had a great stay at this wonderful little well appointed apartment. Clean and everything you need provided. Furniture a bit tired especially the sofa, which also too big for the space. Though sure owners aware and on top of the issue. Location is perfect. Just a short walk and all the restaurant's and bars you could need of all types. Would definitely stay again (especially as only live an hour and 40 min drive away) and will not hesitate to recommend this little gem to family & friends.

Muy bien situado, nosotros fuimos de pesca y teníamos el puerto andando a 5 minutos. No tiene ascensor hacia el piso tiene algunos deterioros de pintura, sofá " Despellejado" Y la ducha no traga bien el agua pero luego muy bien el aire acondicionado, la cocina tiene los utensilios necesarios y las habitaciones su ropa. Recomiendo llevarse almohada propia si vais de relax.

Well-appointed flat in the port area of JaveaLu T.

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern, (third floor without lift to be noted). However, it was quite noisy at night (until about midnight), because of people outside drinking at tables and the odd souped-up motorcycle. We know it would be noisy but we wanted to be in the centre of the port area, 3 minutes from the beach and the shops, which was perfect. The on-site staff were very good and helpful. A blocked up shower was unblocked within the hour! We enjoyed our stay.

En general el apartamento muy bien. Lo malo que el portal y escaleras dejan mucho que desear porque estaba viejo y sucio. Nos alojamos 5 días y nos dejaron un triste rollo de papel higiénico. Un poco ruidosa la calle por las noches pero nada exagerado ae podia dormir bien. Repetiría la estancia.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado a 50m de la playa de la grava. Está muy limpio pero la limpieza del portal y la escalera dejan mucho que desear. Es cómodo pero ya hicimos saber que hay cosas que arreglar como la cómoda de la habitación principal, la mampara de la ducha y las sillas de la cocina. La calle con mucho trafico y ruidosa. Puliendo estas cositas, para volver.
