Very beautiful, cosy apartment block "La Senia". In a central position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool kidney-shaped (25 x 14 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Communal covered parking. Supermarket 50 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 1.7 km pebble beach "Montanar I" 500 m. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.
