Very cosy, comfortable residence "La Isla". In a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (90 x 60 m, 138 m diameter, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 600 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

A lovely comfortable apartment in a quiet area. The elevator is very convenient as it is on the third floor, but gives a lovely view over the pool garden and the distant hilltops. Very conveniently situated to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!
