House/Residence

Very cosy, comfortable residence "La Isla". In a quiet, sunny position, 600 m from the sea. For shared use: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (90 x 60 m, 138 m diameter, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 400 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 600 m. Surf school, sailing school 300 m, tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Wij huurden het appartement vorig jaar ook, toen merkten wij op dat een opknapbeurt wel nodig was. Dit is wel opgepakt, alhoewel de slaapkamer nog wel een verf en saus beurt kan gebruiken.

Het appartement was op zich prima, maar wel erg vochtig en klam! Het appartement kan wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken, het is verouderd en heeft een schilder beurt nodig, met name de kozijnen van de deuren.

Después de casi 15 años viajando con INTERHOME, nos hemos sentido muy decepcionados con el estado de este apartamento. La ubicación es excelente, así como las zonas comunes de la urbanización. Pero el apartamento necesita una reforma integral, así como una modernización del mobiliario y mejora de la limpieza. Mala cobertura telefónica. También se agradecería que dieran un plano en la oficina para llegar al apartamento, porque no es fácil encontrar el acceso. Buena atención por parte de J.

La isla est un paradis mais je ne devrais pas le dire de peur que tous veuillent y aller, preuve en est, 6 années passées sur place mais l’appartement est déjà réservé pour l’année prochaine !!! Il faudrait un petit coup de rafraîchissement, l’armoire dans le jardinet est en piteux état et il y a une des 2 chaises longues qui est cassée , un petit coup de peinture serait la bienvenue

Très belle réservation dans un lieu privilégié à 300 m de la mer. Le cadre est enchanteur, tout arboré avec une piscine de rêve. Ambiance familiale, il faut dire que beaucoup des occupants sont propriétaires ou passent tous leurs étés à la Isla. Pour notre compte c'est notre 5ème fois, et nous avons déjà réservé pour l'an prochain. Tout est facile, les restos à portée de main, les ambiances diverses toutes proches du Port de pêche, du vieux village. Très peu de bâtiments hauts, c'est TOP !

Ik dacht, dat er bij aankomst iemand aanwezig zou zijn, na telefoontje gehoord hoe de sleutels te vinden waren In huis prima apparatuur, mooi zwembad en achterzitje. Alleen bij koude nacht geen extra deken. Weinig opbergruimte,veel privado, dus op slot Tip, graag een wasmand, verder compleet ingericht. Wij hebben zelf 37 jaar in Javea een huis gehad.

El personal no es atento, no soluciona los desperfectos del apartamento los cuales son necesarios. Precio desproporcionado para la mala limpieza del apartamento, ademas de carecer de muchos servicios que antes te aseguran que podras disfrutar
