Very large, very modern, cosy apartment block "La Fontana". In the district of El Arenal Jávea, in a quiet, sunny position, 260 m from the sea, 260 m from the beach. Parking on the premises. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 50 m, bakery 150 m, café 80 m, bus stop 260 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 260 m. Sports harbour 100 m, surf school 260 m, sailing school, tennis 120 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Appartement propre, bien équipé, bonne literie, calme, proche de la plage,conforme à l annonce. Le seul point négatif est de devoir vider les bombonnes d eau des clim toutes les 4h.

We booked and paid advance for this property, but when we collected the keys they gave us wrong keys and unfortunately we went in the property late night and couldn't change the keys as office was closed so we have to spend night with our othwr familymembers. Worst think happened next day we went to collect right keys and they gave us again wrong keys. But we tried those keys with different door and those was for different flat and we were given different falt in the booking. Will not recommend

We appreciate your remarks. Our keyholder provided correct keys both times, it is possible that the correct address for the correct block was missed during the late check-in. In any case, the staff at the office can be contacted for assistance in such cases.

le logement très acceuillant, très bien agencé, nous avons constaté que les 3 ventilateurs ne fonctionnaient pas (signalé à notre arrivée), passoire à pâtes toute rouillée, couteaux rouillés, ouvre boîte cassé, chaises de plages cassées, aucunes fenêtres ou porte-fenêtres ne ferment à clé(signales à notre arrivée), quelques locataires très bruyants mais sinon agréable séjour, logement très bien placé, je le conseillerai à mon entourage

We appreciate the comments provided. Since this review, the doors to the terrace have been fixed and the Wi-Fi works very well. In any case, we alwasy encourage guests to contact the keyholder immediately for a resolve as soon as possible.
