"Hawai", 3-room apartment 70 m2. Bright, fully renovated in 2021, very beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm), electric heater. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 27. Please note: TV only ES. VT-489310-A

Old, cosy apartment block "Hawai", 3 storeys. In the centre of El Arenal - Jávea, in a central, busy position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, road to cross. Parking on the premises. Shop 30 m, supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar, café 50 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 100 m. Surf school 100 m, sailing school, tennis 500 m.

Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Eine gut eingerichtete Wohnung. Es hat alles was man braucht. Selber kochen macht hier Freude. Es hat viele Geräte. Wer gerne auswärts isst hat viele Möglichkeiten. Man ist schnell an der Strandpromenade. Auch sonst gibt es viel zu entdecken, es hat etliche wunderschöne Ecken in diesem Gebiet.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben oft selber gekocht, es war einfach alles vorhanden. Imponiert hat mir auch die begehbare Dusche. Sehr zu empfehlen.

La cuisine est dans un état déplorable, tiroirs cassés ainsi que les étagères d’un placard. Les fixations de la table de la salle à manger sont cassées, donc si on s’appuie dessus le plateau tombe. Le balcon est trop petit pour mettre une table et des chaises. La salle de bain est grande mais les lavabos étaient bouchés. Le canapé est inconfortable au possible. La literie des chambres est bonne. Très bonne situation, près de la plage ,des commerces et des restaurants.

Nous sommes navrés pour la gêne occasionnée, vous nous avez informé qu'il n'était pas nécessaire d'intervenir durant votre séjour et nous avons donc procédé aux réparations après votre départ. Wir konnten während unseren Frühlingsferien das Apartment Hawai nutzen. Es ist wirklich zentral am Arenal gelegen und bietet genügend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Das Apartment ist praktisch und funktionell eingerichtet. Wir waren ganz begeistert und werden das Apartment sicher wieder buchen.
