Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, café 60 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 240 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 350 m. Sports harbour 400 m, surf school 400 m, sailing school, tennis 350 m. Location Description Jávea

Well-known resort with 38'000 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 90 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Thanks to its mild climate and unique situation, Javea is suitable for winter holidays too. Fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. Typical fiestas: San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July. The houses are often situated in the hills 5 - 15 km from the centre and a car is therefore necessary. In hot dry periods water may be rationed and by municipal order, for fire prevention, the use of barbecues may be prohibited. R:EGVT-5-A.

Mooi appartement. Maar er moet nog wel een beetje aan de sfeer gewerkt worden is nog een beetje kaal. Een bbq op het terras boven zal ook een hele mooie optie zijn .En ik zou ook graag nog willen melden dat er grotere lakens geleverd moeten worden.Deze waren erg klein en waren geen hoeslakens .Nu was alles nog nieuw maar als er straks een hoop mensen geslapen hebben is het niet echt fris

The owner has just been here in the apartment and he has bought some additional decoration to make it more comfortable. He also likes the idea of a bbq on the upstairs terrace, but unfortunately the internal rules of the community do not allow bbq. We will aks the cleaning team to check the size of the linen, but the apartment is equipped with normal sized single beds and double beds. Thank you for the suggestions and comments.
